The hotel was amazing. Location was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here as a Birthday treat for my sons 10 birthday, fab thanks to all the staff, from check in to check out polite and nothing was too much trouble, thanks for the birthday cheese cake and to the lovely waitresses this morning for the birthday muffin and rendition of happy birthday. clean tidy and fresh

Stayed Saturday night. £15 to park the car. Reception staff were lovely, explained everything. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Tea coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body moisturiser towels all provided.

Had dinner in the bar, simple basic menu.. Food was well presented and hot. Breakfast wow what a choice and excellent.. Only down side was the 1 coffee machine. Other than that for £98 it was fantastic value for money.

Perfect hotel for the price. All staff were lovely and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again, especially for the breakfast which was so nice!!! Had a pizza the night before as well because felt a bit peckish and it tasted lovely! Can’t wait to come back

Lovely Hotel. Very friendly staff. They provide very good breakfast. Free fast wifi 24/7. Room's very clean and new with comfortable bed. Would recommend for everyone.

It was very nice staying at hilton London docklands. Kids loved it. But the only thing is there is no relaxing amenities e.g. sauna, swimming or jacuji. It will be very nice if we could get that. Other then that it was wonderful stay.

Great location, very close to DLR station. Friendly and professional staff, good sized room, very clean and beautifully decorated.

Location is 3 minutes walk from a DLR station Central London is around 20 minutes on the DLR London excel is also very close. I would recommend this hotel for a business or pleasure trip

Really nice hotel. SUPERB friendly staff. BUT the food lets it down (hence the 4 stars). The food is like what a leisure centre cafe or truckers food stop would serve. Lots of it gets left for that reason.

First class service from the staff, great room, lovely breakfast.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! Would definitely return to the Hampton by Hilton upon my return to London later this year. Location is really good, short walk to a bus stop, followed by a 15 minute tube ride into central London. Means you are out of the hustle and bustle of central London, at a competitive price.



My only issue was parking, slim to no chance of getting a space on the car park around the corner. Luckily enough, the Doubletree Hilton were kind enough to let us park there for the weeekend.



I look forward to checking into the Hampton by Hilton, Docklands again sometime this year.

One amongst a line of new hotels next to each other. Convenient. Only 3 minutes from Royal Albert DLR station.

Front faces towards London City airport but no disturbance. Good shower. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable but....



Just so minimalist in so many ways.

Perfunctory reception staff. Did the bare minimum. The bean counters are definitely in charge here. They are limited to one customer greeting and smile. Even when people are waiting no one appears to speed things up.



For a formula hotel costing £116 a night I think they could afford more than 2 tea bags & 4 pots of the disgusting UHT milk. Biscuits? No chance. What if I want tea when we arrive and in the morning? Perhaps the Hilton think London still has post war rationing and want us to feel at home.



Let me see thats 2 tea bags per room saved plus biscuits times X bed nights = a saving of....

Reduce everything to its lowest common denominator. Give our guests the minimum we can get away with.



When I returned after an evening out, I asked for and was supplied with more tea bags and fresh milk. Biscuits? No sir. Go to nearby counter where there are crisps, chocolate and other snacks...but no biscuits. Oh well. Twix please. That'll be £1.50!



Breakfast was cheerless and equally bland quality wise.



No staff said good morning, smiled, explained the system. In fact we were totally ignored throughout the process. They seemed solely intent on wiping tables and clearing crockery away. So if you fsncy an unremarkable free breakfast in Docklands...



There was a good selection of most items but the quality was bland. No vegetarian selection, other than to just eat items not clearly meat.

The member of staff excused this by stating that the breakfast was complimentary.

I was struggling to find any adequate compliment.



The scrambled egg was powedered and had no discernible flavour. No sign of fried eggs or any choice in that department. In fact no cook at all on view. Is it made by a robot? J

Juice was made from concentrate etc etc.



To cap it all, I went to get a slice of cheap bread to toast and came back to find that the staff excelled in the only way they know how. They'd swiftly cleared and wiped the table!



The bean counters have gone through this hotel chain like they want to be champion bit nurse.

Thinking up ever more degrees of penny pinching means, so they can climb the Hilton greasy pole.



I for one, will never return

Lovely, clean and sharp first impressions; was very excited to stay in such a newly refurbished looking hotel UNTIL:



I was offered a room on either a higher or lower floor - wanting a better view we opted for higher floor.

The shower flooded after my partner was only half way through his shower.

I reported to reception at 16:08 to be told maintenance would be 'right up'. I was on an extremely tight time schedule to make a concert we had paid a lot of money for!

At 16:15 no-one had appeared so I had to go down 7 floors after unpacking everything to be told there was physically no other room in the hotel I could shower in?!? After being offered a room on a higher or lower floor?

Then was told maintenance would ACTUALLY be dispatched now for me.

At around 16:35 someone finally showed up to help us... 45 minutes later maintenance had resolved the issue but this left us exceptionally behind schedule and far from the 'stress free' visit I was hoping for.



The cherry on the top of my visit? The ''manager" that had poorly resolved my issue the day before was on reception when I was going to check out...

As soon as she looked up and saw me standing in a considerably growing queue she left her post and went into the office and left someone else to deal with my grievance?!



As someone who works in customer service the whole resolution/customer satisfaction was exceptionally poor and far more could have been done! Not impressed!!

Good location , decent size room modern and clean .Negatives shower drain blocked nearly flooded the room . Got hit with a big parking bill on check out ( thought you would've got parking included in with the price of the room . Apparently not ). And the biggest let down was the food , awful . Had to wait every time I ordered nearly 1 hour , every time they said it Would be about 20 minutes . When it arrived it looked like it had come out of the microwave like a ready meal , for the price of the food its truly shocking and so is the buffet breakfast .

Checked in at 10.25 was told breakfast was till 11. Then we asked to go for breakfast and was told it was finished � got a bad vibe from the place and was not really welcomed by the guy who checked us in. he wouldn’t answer the phone the next morning when I doubled checked was breakfast still been served then he answer and was very short and said 11 then slammed down the phone... room was nice other than that it wasnt really a nice place to stay just no atmosphere no music very dull and boring been honest.. sorry for the bad review but I’ve managed restaurants and been in the hospitality industry for a few years have never treated ppl like that or had an attitude with customers
