A huge thank you to Kate, our process was actually very painful and took a lot longer than needed but Kate kept us positive with her efficiency, friendliness, professionalism and personalised service.. we felt like she was going through the process with us and was genuinely wanting so help us through every step. I have been a customer of Hamptons St Albans for three years renting my house. The sales process was handled very effectively and professionally by Nadya, Laura and Susan. They found me good tenants who paid a market rate. David managed the property again very professionally when the tenants needed some maintenance doing. Hamptons have a good list of maintenance professionals who are able to come quickly to the property when necessary and charge reasonable rates. I would not hesitate to recommend the letting team at Hamptons St Albans - they have always delivered.

We bought our house through Hampton's in St Albans. We were visiting at the time and the estate agent, Grant, came to pick us up at our hotel and drove us to see several properties. We eventually settled on one and he and his team made it all very easy. Less than a year later, we had to relocate overseas and were then having to rent out said property. Nadya and her team (notably David and Laura S, Laura P) were tremendously helpful. We communicate effectively through emails (due to the time difference) and they always manage to get things done for us. They are a friendly team and every communication we've had with them continues to validate our belief that we have the best team working for us. Keep up the good work Hamptons!

We bought our lovely new house through Grant and team at Hamptons, St Albans. Our buyer was in a more complex situation than anticipated by all and this proved challenging in terms of timelines for our vendors - but Hamptons kept everything running and made sure we didn't lose out on our house. They were polite, professional and hardworking at all times and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
