I can honestly say having been a professional landlord for over 20 years the Hamptons Wimbledon Village Lettings team is the best that I have had professional dealings with. We had the a really great experience with Christiane at Hamptons in Wimbledon Village. She was a complete delight to deal with from start to finish. Her patience with us as very nervous first time buyers was exceptional and she was excellent at calming us down or explaining things to us as the process evolved.
Given the short time scale we had to exchange and complete there are many people that are completely taken back on the speed of the purchase and the smooth process and this is down to how fortunate we were to have such great individuals helping us through the purchase.
Christiane was quick to chase each party when required and was welcoming to the questions one might feel silly to ask.
When Christiane was away her colleagues were quick to help out and knowledgeable of the situation.
Her transparency with us throughout the process was highly appreciated and made the whole process a lot less stressful.
Thank you again to Christiane and the team at Hamptons we are over the moon to be on the property Ladder and cant thank you enough for helping us throughout the process! We used Hamptons International in Wimbledon village for the sale of our property. From the valuation of the property to the final completion in just around 13 weeks we couldn't have been more pleased. What is a stressful period for most, we felt we were in very good hands throughout. We were very impressed with the team at Hamptons, and particularly Richard Barnes who handled most of the transaction for us. During his absence, his colleague John was in charge and this was completely seamless. Richard's professionalism and 'nothing is a problem' attitude set him apart from the other 3 estate agents that we spoke to initially. I also would like to thank Helen in the office, who assisted us with producing an upgraded high quality glossy brochure, with great photographs, which we were proud to pass on to prospective buyers. Marketing is clearly a big part of selling a house, and with that we couldn't have been more pleased. The fees at Hamptons are not the cheapest, but they are reasonable for the level of service that you get. We will definitely recommend Hamptons Wimbledon in future.
