I rented a beautiful flat through Hamptons Maidenhead, and one of the main factors was how great Sarah K in the Lettings team was to work with. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I asked hundreds of questions!), she gave me a great deal of confidence and comfort. I met a number of estate agents whilst flat-hunting, and Sarah really was outstanding compared to the rest.

I recently bought my "dream apartment" through Hamptons Maidenhead, and was extremely happy with the level of service I received from them.

As with all these things, it was a stressful time, but the Hamptons Maidenhead personnel were never anything other than professional, patient, kind and efficient. They ensured that I was kept informed at all times, returned all my phone calls, answered all my (many!) questions, expertly handled my anxieties and they made the whole purchase "happen". I am thrilled with my new apartment, but just as delighted with the excellent service I received from them. I would certainly recommend them and, in fact, have already done so to friends. First rate.

Although Hamptons were working on behalf of our seller we found their involvement invaluable as our own estate agents were pretty much non existent. David and the team were always a step ahead and were extremely supportive through what would become a really stressful time. We are now in our dream home.

After over 10 years in our old property we recently moved to an amazing new place in Maidenhead which we have let through Hamptons. They have really helped to ensure this process was easy and have dealt with all aspects of organising the tenancy promptly, courteously and with professionalism. Having dealt with James, Robin and Rebecca through the various stages of the process has been a pleasure and they come highly recommended. Thank you all.
