I recently sold my London flat through Hamptons, Knightsbridge dealing with Adrian and Geoff.

Being a basement flat it was not an easy sale but Hamptons could not have been more helpful. They took the time to fully understand the property both from a buyer and seller perspective. I was kept fully updated on a regular basis even when there was no feedback to report they still gave me a call.

Once a sale had been agreed Hamptons were invaluable in assisting with legal queries and liaising with the buyer.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again both as a seller or a buyer.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to serve notice on our tenant. He had been a great tenant of ours, so we wanted to do everything we could to help find him a new property. As he is a student with exams coming up, he had little time to go out and look. I went to Hamptons and dealt with Richard. He understood the requirements of our tenant and did everything he could to make the process as quick as possible. In the end, our tenant took the first property Richard showed him and he was moved in within a week. The service was great and would definitely recommend Hamptons services to any student looking to rent in London.

It was a long summer but Hamptons Knightsbridge came up trumps.
