... These are some terms I hear often. I don't believe in them. If you had 1 snickers a day you would still lose weight - Granted it wouldn't be healthy for you! If you are eating enough of the right foods there is no need to torture yourself if you just want to 'look good.' Everything in moderation is fundamental from Protein, Carbs & Fats. Athletes will follow a very very strict diet because of their goals. Most people are not athletes. ππ½ββοΈποΈββοΈ
For a regular gym goer my advice is: Focus on your Calories β
Get your macros Right β
Enjoy Life, balance is key β
