Local midwife & reflexologist providing group or one to one, Active Birth antenatal courses, one to one postnatal support & Reflexology for pregnancy in Wimborne and surrounding areas.

Hand in Hand is run by Suzy Wright, an experienced local midwife.

We offer antenatal courses for first time parents and parents with children already.

There is one group course per month consisting of 3 antenatal classes in which you'll learn how to reduce & relieve pain in all phases of your labour into the birth & bonding phase.

We use bean bags, birthing balls & yoga mats in our classes so come with your Birth Partner & wear loose and comfortable clothing.
