Passionate about supporting others, I offer a post-natal doula service, Usui Reiki healing, and a simple and profound technique known as BBA which works with DNA and cell reactivation to clear trauma - mental, physical, emotional, spiritual.

Being a mum to two beautiful girls with a background in nursing and complimentary therapies, I aim to offer you support in various ways - however you feel you need me.

I am based between York and Pocklington, can travel locally, and also offer distance healing. I am passionate about - but not limited to; supporting pregnant mamas, mums dealing with PND and PTSD, and babies too!

Reiki is for EVERYONE, and ailments such as HEARTBURN, INSOMNIA, FATIGUE, GENERAL ACHES AND PAINS, and STRESS are just some of the familiar symptoms that can be eased by the practise of Reiki. **BBA**
Sometimes, we are faced with specific concerns. A technique founded in South Africa called the BBA technique may help, and result in improved outcomes. This a simple and profound technique suitable for all ages, and I have found it personally useful in dealing with PTSD, asthma and with my newborn.

**POST NATAL DOULA**
After the birth of your precious baby, the first few weeks can seem daunting. Learning how to fit in with the natural rhythms of your new baby, or helping baby to adjust to her new world outside the womb can seem stressful and isolating. Support from a POST-NATAL DOULA is always greatly received, and I can offer you support - in ways that suit you and your family; as your new family enjoy a special baby-moon. Hours vary, but are generally ad-hoc for the first 6 weeks post-partum.
