They got me out of a pickle yesterday by sorting out my pram tyres, so helpful they pumped them up whilst I waited no hassle from them at all, so polite. I can't thank them enough they r absolute angels

Moved to England in Nov. Had our bikes sent so we would have something to ride. My SWorks arrived with a crushed frame. Fortunately I found Handsome. They were incredible helping me sort the insurance so I could get a new Trek and be on the road. The bike they built fits perfectly. So good that I bought one for my wife. Again, fits perfectly.

I bought a Handsome Devil from Buchanans in Norman two years ago and visited the Handsome store shortly after. I turned my Devil into a single-speed and really enjoy the ride. It's a bike that can handle many different roads.

Happy to have my bike back all fixed! Excellent service and very quick! Even on a Saturday! Fabulous! Even got new colour coordinated dust caps, new cable to fix my gears and freshly pumped tyres! Monty Marin says thank you!

They found an issue with my cycle while doing a bike fit. Needless to say the bike has to go back to the original suppliers for investigation.

They went out of their way to try and resolve it, dealing with the original supplier on my behalf.
