Mortar completely gone in some parts.

Painting company contracted to paint house, and painted at same time as the flooring was being installed. The freshly painted walls and ceiling were rough like sandpaper because of the dust in air and also had large runny drops of paint. The company went bust with no insurance and the client was stuck with expensive nice house. I came and fixed walls and repainted entire house. 14 colors not including ceiling white and trim white

Unfinished basement. Everything ripped out and rebuilt. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, utlity room and large living area.

I moved my client into this Flat. Afterwards I did tiling in bathrooms and kitchen, painting feature walls in all rooms and replaced all lighting fixtures, installed some track lighting, put all the paintings up throughout the rooms, changed a couple closet doors with nicer bi-fold doors.

Client redoing his basement himself, had trouble with doorway to his Hockey den, I suggested double sliding doors, and installed them. I also embeded Air Hockey table into wall for him. After he did plasterboarding I came back to plaster for him.
