The new chocolate is finally here. RUBY. It is made from red cocoa pods which produce pink beans which are used to make the ruby chocolate. Fruity and fresh sour notes.

Chocolate of the month - Columbian white. A unique taste of cocoa butter and vanilla. Venezuela 72 % dark with a hint of bitterness yet fruity and tangy And of course our moo free vegan milk chocolate

We now make vegan chocolate bars and novelties using organic milk chocolate which is free from lactose, wheat, casein, soya and gm ingredients

Simply Superb

My daughter had her 10th birthday party here today. I was so impressed with how many techniques they used, the brief history lesson at the beginning, the prepared lunch and the amount of chocolate they ate!!�. Very well timed and organised. All the girls went home happy with their brilliant creations. Highly recommend!! Thank you Tom!

We learned so much and used so many techniques. I feel very proud of my finished Easter egg - I'm not letting anyone touch it! EVER!
