We had my son's 18th Birthday party yesterday and it was fantastic. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The staff sooo lovely and helpful. Thank you all from the Hannah's bar for everything you did yesterday, you are amazing. Xx👍🏼😘❤️👏🏻

My husband and myself was in liverpool on 16th July we stayed in hope Street hotel , we had a walk out and came across Hannah's bar it was our first visit to Liverpool we had a fab time the staff were so friendly and helpful told us about place to visit, with only been in liverpool for one night we couldn't do it all , we meet some lovely people we will definitely return to Liverpool and definitely return to Hannah's bar , the music was gud , big thanks to all the staff we were drinking vodka coconut and apple lovely

Love this bar! Nice cocktail selection and excellent atmosphere! Bonus HUGE booth seats, music and great service. Visited with a Group of friends and we were all still able to talk without shouting over the music. Perfect balance for a fab night out

It's a fab place, amazing staff and the food is soooo delicious. Try sticky salt and pepper chicken! I honestly have not got a bad word to say about this place. Friendly, fab atmosphere and the best staff. I 110% recommend this place !

I held my 50 th birthday party here 3 march 2018 .we had the two rooms up stairs . which were beautiful one over looking the bomb out church and the city .which all my quest commented about the spectacular views we had two bars and bar staff in both bars with amazing and Ruth the manager went out of her way throughout the evening and before the event to make sure I was happy and everything was ok I would certainly recommend this venue for any event and I would like to say thank you for giving me the best birthday party I've ever had can't wait to book it for next year

I had my 21st Birthday party here and I absolutely loved it!! My family and friends from Belfast were over and they said I couldn’t of picked a better venue. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly reccomend!

Had an amazing day here yesterday for my little sister's hen party. The room was amazing with that fab view. The roof was retracted due to the gorgeous weather. The staff were really my my an helpful especially the luvly Ada. Only small let down was the fact they no longer let u order food on the day. But great day overall. Thanks Phil and the staff for an unforgettable day xx

First night out in liverpool; 30th birthday party organised by daughters boyfriends family..bar staff are amiable.attentive and proffesional; including the doormen as we left at 2am! Thankyou

We had our mums 60th at Hannah's this week unfortunately the week before the party the owners changed hands. The new owner was basically left been told we still owed money 4 the buffet and other issues. So in short the previous owner pissed off and left them without the money 4 the buffet that we had paid 4.



The new owner was great he done us a buffet at the last minute and because we had receipts he honoured the booking even though he only found out there was a booking 3 days b4.



There was a few teething problems as there is with change of ownership but he couldn't do enough 4 us and my mum really enjoyed herself. So thanks again and good luck going 4wd.

It was pretty expensive but good music and good fun. The crowd got a bit rough and rowdy but security dealt with them after a while and removed trouble makers. Overall a good night!

Went to watch the match, got there 1pm had a few beers and for the last game of the season they missed an opportunity. The kitchen was closed and there was a packed bar looking for food/finger food to have with a beer and watch the final game of the season. Cocktails were poor, had 6 Mojitos and they all had limes that started to discolour like they've been lying around for a while. Used to love coming to Hannahs bar, it's definately gone down hill.

Tried to eat here last night with colleagues., 13 of us in total. Initially, staff really accommodating, allowed us to move tables around so that we could all sit together round one big table. Waitress came to take order, some starters with mains ordered, some just mainsw. Waited 11/2 hours for food, starters began to arrive, however, those who had ordered mains as well, had these brought to them at the same time as their starters??? On querying this, was told that it had been put through till like this and they thought that was what people wanted..... waitress would have left it like that if we hadn't explained food for mains would be cold by the time starters were finished. Long wait between pople getting individual meals. Starters were awful, food was burnt, garlic mushrooms were burnt, as were goujons, onion rings, chips were rubbery!! Complaint made, manageress came over, to inform myself in articular, that goujons were like that, and it was th batter used that made them look as though they were burnt, but they actually weren't??? Very stroppy, no interest in our commkents, eventually, when we complained again, we were told we wouldn't have to pay for our starters. Mains came and again, this was veryt slow service, with some people having to wait much longer than others, meals ordered were pasta carbanara (chicken), chicken burgers, chicken goujons, burger. Every single meal was either burnt, too tough to eat, my goujons had hardly any chicken n, were burnt and wouldn't cut properly. Carbanara was stodgy, with lots of oil floating around the edges, and chicken burgers were tiny pieces of chicken, very over-cooked and dry. More comp0laints made as not one of our party could eat a full meal, the majority of us left approximately 95% of the food it was that bad. Chef came out, I spoke to him to discuss my concerns and especially to show him the goujons, hs excuses were that 1 - he had only been there a week, 2 - it was the caye3nne pepper in the breadcrum mix that caused them to look burnt and cook more than they should, 3 - the chicken fillets came like that from the butchers; 4 - he hadn't prepped the food so didn't know they were like that?????? sorry chef, you need to go and do some training in basic cooking, give him his due, he did apologise, but said that he couldn't really do anything about it but did we want more food.... not a chance! Futher complaint, and by this time, one person had not received any food at all, admittedly she came later than others, but in plenty of time for them to prepare a main meal. The 'nice' manageress offered us 10% discount, sorry manageress, you need to look at what is going on in your bar, we then managed to only have to pay 50% of the full bill, including drinks. Upside, cocktails are amazing...... don't eat here, enjoy htier cocktails instead. Appalling food, very poor service.

The bar staff are great and very nice. However, the bouncers are not helpful at all and are quite aggressive. My friend's purse was stolen and when she reported it to the bouncers they became aggressive with her, backing her into the corner by the door. When my husnband asked why they were yelling at our friend they pushed him and knocked his glasss off his face. When I asked for his glasses, they handed them to me and a lens fell out. I asked the bouncer to pick up the lens and he said "who the fuck are you?!? You pick up the lens!" I then picked up the lens and asked why he was being so aggressive. He proceeded to push me, a 5'6, 140lb girl. When the cops arrived he stated that he felt threatened by us, although he was bigger than all of us and we were simply asking for assistance. I am greatly disappointed in the bouncer staff, and would highly encourage the manager to take the appropriate steps to reprimand the staff responsible for our poor service.

Soooooooo expensive! Went for open mic night just to listen to the singers and for a bottle of red wine and bottle of white whine, it came to £31!!! SHOCKING! Never again!

SHITHOLE bar staff need to take their faces for a shit and DJ' s need to take his mixing skills to McDonald's on the milkshake machine. One day God will smite this dive and all its moronic staff right off the face of this earth. POXT AND PATHETIC

I booked my 30th birthday party in January (nine months before my birthday) and paid a deposit to secure the date, then 9 weeks before my party they emailed me to say that they have double booked and cancelled my party. Not even a phone call to apologise! Then when I called them the assistant manager was so rude and unapologetic. Since then I have found out that they done the same to a friend and cancelled 5 days before her party. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book a party here! So disappointing!

I am currently sitting in here. We ordered starters and a main, they all came out together so the main was going cold whilst eating the starter. Then the food come out, the food is vile, the chicken goujons are all burnt and taste disgusting, I had about 5 chips on my plate, my friend ordered nachos, the sauce came out 30 mins later, it's just been a really shit experience. The chef come down to explain but says he's only been here a week. Will not be returning here.
