We took a group visit to the tea rooms last week, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the 'Tiffin afternoon Tea' saying it was the best they had experienced. The staff were helpful and attentive and the food delicious. The entertainment was also well received. Thank you everyone for making it an enjoyable trip for our members.

We like it very much, called in yesterday and as per usual had lovely food served by friendly staff

Tomato soup was the best ever especially with the hot crusty roll .. fantastic service too ..very very clean .. well worth a visit to this place 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My first experience of Hannah's I would have given 3 stars. That would be because the food is gorgeous.

However, everyone has an off day so I gave it another opportunity. Then another and another (think I had breakfast there for a week solid!).

The food is truly gorgeous.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I love that they have a 'box of tricks' for kids and get involved with the kids by not ignoring them.

The cakes are so yum too (not great for my diet!).

I'm going back today with my husband and son ... and bringing friends.

I like to bring my mum here she has dementia and I can honestly say the food is spot on, the staff are lovely, it's a little slow if your in a rush but the food is cooked fresh so we are happy to wait. We share our food there is always plenty I've no complaints always enjoy......

I came here this morning with my little girl and we loved it, the staff are really welcoming and friendly, I can definitely recommend the scones, the one I had was warm and so yummy, also the lady who made my little girls hot chocolate was really thoughtful and did a smaller, cooler one for her, we will definitely return thankyou.

Had a gorgeous afternoon tea at Hannah's today , Even though the teas don't start till 2pm I asked if we could have ours early as we were celebrating my Mums birthday , the staff were lovely & said this was no problem . The afternoon tea was one of the best I have had . You can choose your sandwiches & the type of bread you prefer & they are brought to your table with a selection of freshly baked cakes , scones with jam & cream & a choice of tea or coffee . We sat inside as it was such a hot day but afterwards I asked if a couple of us could sit outside in the sun while the rest carried on shopping , the lovely lady brought us iced water with sliced lemon to keep us cool . Top class service . Will certainly be returning very soon .

Came this morning for the Pancake Event, after a little confusion over the event we enjoyed lovely pancakes with different toppings, the staff were very efficient and extremely polite, helpful and friendly to my 3 boys....would definitely come again. Thank you.

Been for Christmas dinner today spot on and the staff are great well done Hannah tea room

As a person with coeliac disease eating out can be a challenge! I ate here today and was able to order a sandwich (on gluten free bread) without Mayo and minus salad dressing and the staff were so accommodating which makes life so much easier as I don't like making a fuss so tend to just order the one thing on the menu that's usually safe! This meant I had such a large choice and the staff were really aware of the importance of this, their knowledge re: coeliac disease was fab and most of all the food was absolutely delicious! Top marks and thanks to you all, this was my first sandwich eaten out since being diagnosed in March last year! Highly recommended and I will be inviting all my Facebook friends to like your page to help spread the word! I have also posted about my experience on the coeliac UK Facebook page for all my coeliac friends to share!

Absolutely wonderful, the whole experience. We had afternoon tea it was super fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful even though we arrived a little late. Will definitely be back.

A lovely place for a midday break plenty of room to sit down and enjoy I went on Saturday lunch with my sister in law we got first class service and the food was beautiful one of the ladies even got me a cushion for my back I would recommend this place to everyone

Staff are really good. The food was nice and tasty. Price was higher than I'd usually pay but under the circumstances I was happy to pay a little extra.

Nice cup of tea and piece of custard tart, was a pity the staff started rearranging the table and chairs by dragging them very noisy very difficult to talk to each other.

Been here a few times. The food is good and reasonable priced. All staff have always been welcoming. Apart from one older woman, who I haven’t seen before. When we had walked over to pay for our order she said that nothing was on our bill abruptly , so I then told her what we had and once I had mentioned our drinks she was very patronising and rudely commented on how she brought them so she knows that ‘obviously’. She might of just had an off day, but after going and having a lovely meal and tea � this really ruined it for me. I will return, but just hope this doesn’t happen. But would recommend .

The staff were very helpful and polite. The setting is a little run down and the food very expensive for what you get. My gluten free option sandwich was very dry.

I had a cream tea , a bit disappointed as the cream was out of a spray can and the jam was very plastic , I couldn't spread it . For the price you pay it should be clotted cream with proper jam .

Waited half an hour for a strawberry milkshake and a lattee if they had said there was a wait for drinks would have gone to the other cafe. The table service does not work. I am a coach driver and I know where my passengers will be when they are not back on time thinking they will grab a quick coffee we've got half an hour
