Hans has been working in the hospitality business for over 15 years,
both in London and Europe. A man of many talents, his artistic background first
led him to property design. Simultaneously developing a professional, as well as
social, interest in wine and champagne. Hans is a highly qualified oneologist and
viticulturist, with a reputation as a leading lecturer in all things wine, an impressive
private client base and a thriving sideline in cellar design.

Wine is a natural complement to design, food, art, music and hotels and
the merging of these themes has resulted in Hans becoming a much sought after
consultant in the atmospheric design of restaurants, bars and hotels.
