Wow fantastic service from start to finish. They really gave fantastic customer service. I was given a detailed explanation about my sight and I would highly recommend them.

Was my first ever eye test last Friday and o walked in to book but luckily someone had cancelled that morning so they saw me straight away & all I can say is the girls were fab, service was great and I felt so comfortable and looked after. My one and only opticians from now on. Youre doing great !

Visited for my first ever pair of glasses, great service, very friendly customer service and a wide choice of frames. I’m glad to be able to support a local business, would highly recommend.

Visited Hanson’s today for the first time and I can safely say it’s the best opticians I have ever been to. The staff were amazing and the selection of eyewear was great too. I would without a doubt recommend them as your one stop shop for your optical needs!

Visited Hanson’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago as I saw they stocked a particular brand of glasses I was looking for. Each member of staff I spoke to were more than helpful. They ordered a couple of pairs into the shop for me to try as I didn’t want to just order them from the internet. They called me when they were available to try and the whole process was simple and easy. The ladies (I can’t remember their names) who kept me updated were more than friendly and it almost seemed like you’d known them for years when speaking to them.

Definitely recommend & I’ll sure be back when I need another pair.

The staff saw my son this afternoon after he got something in his eye at school. I rang our doctors (in Heckmondwike) and the pointed me in their direction. Both staff were brilliant and explained everything thank you

I have visited Hanson opticians for contact lenses check and eye test and it is definitely the best opticians I have ever been to. All staff can not do enough for you very friendly and professional service.loads of frames to choose from and will definitely not go anywhere else now would highly recommend thankyou.

I had my own specialist lenses already that they cut into new frames. Excellent Service, very helpful explained everything I needed to know and then the glasses arrived in no time at all.

I decided to go into Hanson opticians on the off chance they could fit me in, I was greeted by the lovely Jo who was able to fit me in nearly straight away for an eye test. Atiq was very friendly and explained the results of my test and what I meant for my vision. Jo then spent ages helping me pick my first ever pair of glasses and I'm very happy with them. I am very happy with the service I received and will recommend Hanson Opticians to everyone!

Such a very friendly team from my first experience of needing an SOS repair to my glasses in reception.

I returned for a routine annual review, with the most thorough eye examination and recommendation of new prescription.

Have been using Hanson's for years, for both myself and wife. Great service, great frames. Plus Atik is a top optometrist, I recommend to everyone - use Hanson's.

Had been putting off getting eye test for years, went along with my son as we both needed a check, chose Hanson's purely by chance, its a 10 minute walk from my house so thought that one will do. Full check up for us both, got great feedback and explanation regarding our eye health and very in depth, i need some reading glasses and all sorted in the one trip, great and friendly place to go to and i am happy that we are safe and taken care of if have any further issues, should have done it a long time back.

Great service, efficient and informative, friendly and professional. Having had laser eye surgery some years ago thought I had best get my eyes and eyesight checked. Thorough and informative test with some great advice on how to ensure I keep my eyes healthy. No glasses required but a nice selection of frames and sunglasses. Will definitely visit again for tests and if I require any sunglasses. Customer service fantastic.....made to feel very welcome!

Excellent service, have always gone to boots in the past but after moving to mirfield and passing it many times I decided to give Hanson’s a try, everything was brilliant the staff were friendly (Jo & Ellie) and the service was great. I was surprised how cheap it was compared to boots as well! Would highly recommend.
