Bob is already on a festive mode...and he cannot wait for Christmas day!! .....We thought that every day was like Xmas day for him...😂😂 (he received more Xmas cards than we did) 😎

Earlier today our gardener Joan put the Xmas tree up...she has more experience with trees, you see? 😂, it looked as we were in Australia! BUT no, sorry..we are in Cumbria.😆, however Bob seemed entertained looking at Joan.😄

Hello, it's Bob posting: It is now possible to buy my postcards at reception. I came on 'holiday' at Hapimag in October 2016 and as you know I never left. I adopted them..they are nice with me... I am living the dream..🤣 All proceeds from sales of these postcards will go towards my up-keep and vet bills. 😣 Miauwww

Never stayed here before but will definitely be coming back again. Accommodation fantastic - lovely and spacious and looking newly decorated with new kitchen and bathrooms. Leisure facilities fantastic with a lovely warm pool. Plenty of places around to eat and a great place to get out for walks. Staff very friendly and welcoming. What more can you ask for? :-)

Lovely spa.. anything you have not got they happy to bring you ... just lovely

Lovely place to stay with fantastic accommodation plus guest lounge, children's play area and lots of books and dvds to borrow. Gorgeous pool, steam room and sauna! Lovely hospitality on arrival and throughout stay with lots of advice on hand for things to do.

Lovely lodge. Nice pool and really convienient for Bowness.

Last minute holiday just 3 days but could have stayed longer such friendly staff and accommodation excellent went with our dog and no problems at all will definitely return

Just had a lovely new year break here. Our cottage (24) was on the ground floor and was fully kitted out with everything we needed, within walking distance of Amenities, we enjoyed use of the spa, we never ate in the restaurant looked OK in the bar, upstairs were quite noisy due to the steps being right next to our bedroom but verbal a fab place, mulled wine and mince pies on arrival were a lovely touch!

Great resort. Accommodation excellent. First class cheese and wine welcome meeting. The information ELISA gave us was really useful. Did several of the walks and would highly recommend. The spa was superb too. The great weather was the icing on the cake. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay, accommodation was fantastically clean and comfortable as well as modern. A great place for family’s and couples of all ages. Great that you have use of the spa and swimming pool facilities of the hotel too. The only thing to note is, if you have mobility issues, it may be worth making sure you ask for a ground floor apartment as some of them are up 3 flights of stairs. Will defiantly book to stay again sometime.

Excellent apartments. Clean and comfortable, well equipped. Extremely friendly staff. Simply can't fault it.
