The Kindness Effect 🌍
This month we're asking the question: "What are you doing for others?", taking inspiration from our amazing cover star Lucy Watson who's passionate about taking care of animals and the world around her.
But alongside helping others (and the planet), Lucy recognises the importance of taking care of yourself. A little kindness goes a long way, whether that's looking after your wellbeing with counselling like Lucy, or using the free gratitude cards in our S...eptember issue to give you a positive pick-me-up when you need it most.
Pick up your copy in stores or online at shop.happiful.com from Thursday 16 August 💚

interesting positive articles. so much more interesting than the run of the mill women's mags with nothing more to offer than make up tips!

Prompted by a post from Giovanna Fletcher I bought the May issue of this new magazine devoted to mental health. I'm about 30 pages in so far - every page has something to read on it - and it is fantastic! I really recommend giving it a try. At £4.75 (incs postage) it sounds expensive but it is proving to be very worth it.

User

Loving all the features in my very 1st July copy! Where has this magazine been hiding? Lots of interesting stuff in here. Well done guys. Cannot wait for the August issue oxox

I've loved and shared this since it launched.Fantastic,Informative. Stopping discreminatiin and sharing Hope. The fact it's free online gives it the power of Inclusion for all.Which is really important to me.Or for a reasonable charge for a paper version.

I've been reading Happiful since the first issue. I'm so glad that, in a time when print media often struggles to survive in the marketplace, Happiful is growing. Some issues have resonated with me more than others, but overall, every issue has contained something that engaged me and provided me with practical help and skills to handle adversity and mental turbulence in my life. Keep on keeping on Happiful!

User

I struggle with coping strategies for stressful situations which is how I found this wonderful magazine (when searching for advice online). I downloaded the digital issue and have since subscribed. Very lovely that you make the digital issue free!

So refreshing to read a magazine with not only relatable articles but also without hundreds of adverts. I look forward to the next issue.

I love this magazine. I only came across it this month, and I’m so glad I did. It’s the first magazine I’ve read from cover to end and been completely absorbed in! I love that it’s free to read online too, so I can take it with me anywhere

I had read April's issue online and decided to invest in a subscription as I do like a digital switch off and a magazine I can hold. Just reading Denise Welch's letter to her 16 yr old self #fabtastic
