Morning as many of my friends now know we have had to move house very unexpectedly - yesterday I beefed up my muscles by becoming a removal person! I have known Alicja for years, however up until recently, I hadnвҖҷt known she owned her own business. When I saw the jewellery on facebook, I was impressed with the detail in the jewellery and having had a child, I was looking for something both unique and beautiful to represent that. I was also looking at something to represent both my being a mother and wife on one bracelet. Hence the eternity symbol. Lastly, as any mother will know, sometimes balancing work life and being a mum can be a struggle, so I wanted something to represent and help me to get through the day to day so I opted for a strength bracelt. After a lot of back and forth discussion, we came up with the perfect three bracelets to represent all of the aforementioned. What I wasnвҖҷt ready for is when I received the jewellery through the post. The packaging was exquisite, with all of the bracelets in a gorgeous mesh bag with strands of lavender. Not only was it a treat to the eyes, it was also a treat to the nose. Within that bag, were three separately bagged bracelets, again with buds of lavender making each of them a gift to get into. Included, was a flip card for each bracelet with the stone meaning so that I could again revisit why I had chosen the jewels I had.



It is rare these days that you find an artist in jewellery who takes so much care ensuring your customer service experience from first question to delivery. We are so used to receiving plain boxes through the post and getting used to it. The delivery took me back to when service really was service and made it once more an enjoyable experience.
