Admin update: We are experiencing huge delays at the moment. We are currently without a printer at the moment (again) and have been since yesterday afternoon. We are waiting consumables to be delivered to us and awaiting a straight answer on this.
Unfortunately, we can no longer turnaround orders within a day or even next day. Turnaround times have been between 2-3 days for a while now, but in circumstances like we have at the moment, it puts us behind by an extra day or 2 o...n top.
Whilst I appreciate everyone needs their orders urgently, please appreciate that we usually have around 50 ahead saying the same and we cannot take priorities for any 1 customer. We work on production in order that they have come in through all platforms.
We currently have 95 orders outstanding and will be working through these as quickly as possible when we are fully up and running again.
Whilst we appreciate a majority of our customers are patient and happy to wait for their items, we do also appreciate that some are not. For those that are not able to wait for their orders that are currently in with us, please drop us a message and we will happily cancel your order for you to find alternative suppliers that will turnaround next day for you.
In the meantime, we should be up and running tomorrow, so please bear with us and we will be keeping our heads down playing catch up on all orders, so apologies now if we go a little quiet on here and messages.

Admin: Happy Easter to you all :-) We will be taking a little break over the next couple of days and spending some family time in the sun. We will be around on Monday to finalise proofs / answer messages and preparing for posting orders on Tuesday. Enjoy your weekend :-)

Ok, so we took a couple of days off to sort out a few issues to come back to work and the electric guillotine has died on us. As we work with big sheets for EVERYTHING we do, this has now limited us for today until the engineer arrives to fix it at 9am tomorrow. In the meantime, we will keep proofing and answering enquiries so please bear with us :-)

We just wanted to take an opportunity to apologise for the lack of response this week on messages. We have been inundated with orders over the last few weeks and had to try and keep a low profile to ensure orders were leaving us.
We do still have a few outstanding orders and a lot of outstanding enquiries and proofs to get through, so we will be working all weekend to ensure that all of you have been answered / proofs have been sent and the remaining orders will be leaving us... on Monday. We will also check the whole inbox to ensure we haven't missed any messages. If you haven't received a response from us by tomorrow evening, please feel free to give us a nudge :-)
