I saw this video on Facebook and the dog reminds me so much of our last foster Angela, who was very much sought after. This girl is about the same age but currently living a very precarious life on the streets in Romania. I am hoping that Lisa and A Promise to Felix might be able to work their magic and get her to somewhere safe before the harsh winter arrives. Then maybe we can try and find her a lovely home where she will be forever safe. I hope so.

This is Jeffrey. Today he was rescued from a kill shelter in Romania with his mum and his brothers. He can't come over to be fostered yet because he is too young, so I am sponsoring him to keep him safe in a rescue out there till he is old enough to come to me, or till he gets adopted. If you would like to help but are not in a position to foster, then sponsoring a dog through A Promise to Felix Dog Rescue is a great way to save these poor defenceless pups. We will keep you informed of their progress and perhaps in time be able to bring them over to the UK if we can find enough funds. I paid £35 to get his initial checks and jabs done, and then it will be £20 a month to keep him sheltered and fed. But THAT FACE!!! Also, if you sponsor a dog - you get to name it. Which is why the poor babe is saddled with Jeffrey...

Anyone looking for a ready made family??

Our foster dog, Amy, is being adopted this afternoon. I am now fostering dogs occasionally from Romania. If anyone would like to join the facebook group A Promise to Felix Dog Rescue, you can see all about the dogs currently being fostered in the UK.

We have booked all our holiday dates for the rest of this year and for 2019 so if anyone would like a list to help with forward planning, please send me your email address (I've lost all our old email contact lists due to some technological malfunction!) It does feel like wishing our lives away a bit!!

We are back to work after our holidays and happily we have lots of lovely dogs to keep us company! We are getting lots of enquiries for the summer holidays now and haven't much space left so can I ask anyone who hasn't yet confirmed their slot and sent a deposit to contact me ASAP if they do still need that place? I did send letters to everyone who had provisionally booked in February/March, so I am assuming if I hadn't had responses that the booking is no longer required but if this isn't the case, contact me urgently please. Thanks!
