So doors must close and we all must lockdown to beat this terrible terrible virus ... Stay safe and well everyone... see you all on the other side

Shocked and quite emotional at closing the cafe doors for the first time ever since my parents took over the business more than 40 years ago.
However these are strange and worrying times and so many have things so much worse and health must be everyone’s priority.
We will continue to serve cafe takeaway only from the front window and of course the chippy will still be open but please be mindful of distancing yourselves and staying safe.

We are now able to serve takeaway meals and drinks from our front window for anyone who is worried about enclosed public spaces or unable to enter the cafe for whatever reason.

Hoping for a miracle

Staff wanted
We are looking for a (preferably) experienced cook who is also a confident front of house person that can make hot drinks, use a till and perform other general cafe duties. Wage is dependant on age and experience. Good customer skills essential.
Hours can be discussed, full or part time is available for the right applicant. We operate a 7 day rota so flexibility is key and must be available for a share of weekend shifts.
