We celebrated our 47th birthday in style!

What an absolute blast we have all had tonight. Massive heartfelt thanks to Evie and Cristian on the downstairs bar for literally making my sons night! They made such a fuss of him for his birthday. He is besotted with Evie! Awesome place, awesome atmosphere and awesome burgers. Thank you all so much!

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe on Tuesday. It was the last day of our London holiday. We had just a few ours before we had to get our flight back to Germany.



Our waiter was Alex. He’s a great guy. He made our last holiday unforgettable. He was so friendly and polite. He helped us to find the correct food and drinks. He also helped us to find the quickest connection to the airport.

He surprised us with his great skills in speaking German.



The food and the atmosphere was great.



I’m looking forward to my next holidays in London. It would be great to have Alex as our waiter again �

We had such an amazing day trip to London on the train from mid Wales finished off with fantastic food, drink, waiter, memorabilia, atmosphere and achieved one item off my daughter's bucket list. She also enjoyed your shop next door and purchased a few items. Thank you x

My partner and I had a lovely meal and drinks here yesterday, prior to Ed Sheeran’s concert. The service was impeccable, despite us being 20 mins late for our booking (London traffic) we were seated within minutes. Laura looked after us and she was so lovely, she took time to chat to us even though she was clearly busy. The food was great but the portion size was huge so I couldn’t manage it all �. We love HRC and have been to New York and Rome HRCs. London you didn’t disappoint.

I was at the Saturday 07.07.2018 at the Hard Rock Cafe London, after a short wait I got a seat at the counter and ordered on Lea's recommendation an ORIGINAL LEGENDARY® BURGER and a Blackberry non alcohol cocktail. delicious, great service. I would like to come back.�����

An amazing dinning experience today @ Hard Rock London! David, our waiter, was very pleasant and knowledgeable in his line of work! The staff worked very well with each other & made my family & I feel very special & welcomed! The food & drinks rocked! David took time to chat with us! We loved the atmosphere! Amazing.We had a table in 5 min without booking and the ribs-soo good were on our table in max 10min

A great time food and drink and service was fantastic than we had a tour of the vault. Ash is so knowledgable. A great day out

Visited with my daughter. We didn’t eat but just popped in for a cocktail ..paid a little extra & got the glass to take home. Apart from there not being enough seats around the bar we had no complaints.

The service was brilliant, enjoyed our time there and most of the food ordered. However, one of our meals came out wrong which they changed promptly. Would defiantly go back and also recommend to others. Though be warned meals are massive including starters.

Whilst the food was good and the atmosphere was great, we had trouble getting in. I had booked a table in advance and we turned up with a couple of minutes to spare. There was a large queue of people waiting for a table and although we tried to get the hosts attention, he completely blanked us, perhaps he thought we were just trying to blag our way in? It wasn't until a waitress passed us who we could ask that we got in. What's the point in booking if the host won't even acknowledge you?!

Also, I could hear other waiters giving their patrons rock trivia through the course of the evening. Ours seemed more invested in watching the football...

The food/drinks and the staff were good but on our second visit to the Cafe we had an automatic tip (service / gift card) added to the receipt, this was a strange/random policy.

Friendly staff, good food, good venue. Only 2 gripes - 1. The wooden benches have seen better days and were sticky, had to sit on a napkin 2. my personal dislike of automatically adding a service charge, and because I hadn’t noticed ended up tipping over 25%, which was way over the top, it was good but not that good

Your ice cream was like milk, it was served in a shot glass, threw most my meal away because I was saving it for my ice cream. Ps. Not a happy customer �

Disappointing that even though we booked well in advance for Father’s Day at 1pm that we were still given a buzzer and told to go to the already over crowded bar with my 8 year old daughter. This was not enough to spoil our lunch but after asking for onion rings and being told they had run out considering the time of day and a “special day” this was not a good start!



I ordered the ribs and pulled pork combo and it wasn’t until it was almost under the hot lamp and ready to come out (after starters etc) I was told they had run out of pulled pork. Disappointment was adding up. Add the fact I ordered Pepsi and when I said it didn’t taste right I get told they only do Pepsi max now!



I was in such a rush to get out I didn’t spot that they had added the service charge or remembered to use my Hard Rock rewards app.



Disappointed as Hard Rock is one of my faves across the world
