Snowy Scenes from the cottage grounds taken last week. Although the snow has now cleared, the weather is still perfect for a cosy cottage break yet nice enough to get out and explore the local surroundings.

Hardwick House has a children play area situated in the beautiful countryside, also a hot tub and courtyard with lots of parking spaces
Bickley is a stunning 2 bed-roomed cottage. Upstairs there is a spacious double bedroom complete with a romantic 4 poster bed with travel cot (available on request) There’s also a twin bedroom that will comfortably sleep 2 people.
Bickley boasts a large open-plan kitchen and dining area as well as a private, terraced area outside complete with an outdoor table and chairs.
The well-designed Dalby Cottage also has 2 bedrooms and is spread across two superbly furnished floors. This popular and cosy cottage has one deluxe double bedroom (with room for travel cot) and one twin bedroom upstairs.
Dalby will comfortably sleep 4 persons plus infant. The sleeping area is also serviced by a family bathroom complete with shower.
Downstairs, the cottage has a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with a highly practical breakfast bar.
The perfect romantic getaway – Harwood Cottage has one fabulous double room complete with its luxury four-poster bed. Harwood is perfect for couples looking for a cosy and romantic break.
Easy-access Langdale is a fantastic 2 bed-roomed cottage, it is brilliantly designed all on one level and is specially adapted for wheelchair users.
There’s a double bedroom with a four-poster bed as well as a second bedroom with two comfortable twin beds. Guests can take advantage of an extra camp bed in this room to allow the cottage to sleep up to 5 guests. A travel cot can be fitted in double bedroom to allow the cottage to sleep 5 people with a baby or small child.
The ...bathroom is in the style of a wet room and has grab rails attached to the shower and toilet and also a shower wheelchair if required
Pet lovers – we also allow one small or medium dog to join you in this cottage.

The spacious Wykeham also has 2 comfortable bedrooms spread across one well-designed level. The cottage has an open-plan living area with a compact and practical kitchen, superb dining area and spacious sitting space.
There is a luxurious double bedroom as well as an additional second bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds and a serviceable bathroom. We can also fit an extra camp bed in the twin room to allow the cottage to sleep up to 5 people. A travel cot can also be fitted in the double bedroom to sleep 5 guests with a baby or small child.
We also allow one small or medium dog to join you to enjoy your stay in this cottage.
Just amazing � did not want to return home!! Lovely cottage, amazing surroundings, lovely owners, plenty to do and awesome pubs with great food!! Ronnie and Oscar the gorgeous dogs were the icing on the cake � we will be back soon x
