Took my car in for aircon regas and fiters £40, a few days later I had to take it back because it wasnt working,(it was before Harwicks had it) the engineer told me that it had a leak on the system and I was presented with an estimate to replace the condenser for £225. When I expressed my concern as to why it was working before I took it in and now wasnt I was asked by one of the staff in the background "why did you actually bring your car in for aircon re gas Miss Thompson" Needless to say I wont be going back to Harwicks, I have paid £40 for nothing and now have a car with no aircon, in the words of one of the other adverts on Radio Mansfield you really do only get what you pay for !!

Took my car and paid just over £100 to fix the problem. Less than a week later I am back to square 1 with Hardwick quoting over £300 to fix as the problem is more serious but this was not mentioned when I took it in the 1st time and I've paid over £100 and am no further forward. What a waste of hard earned money.
