Rob's such a good bike mechanic and always does an excellent job. Built me some beautiful wheels off of 1970s campag record hubs i sourced. Also does all my bits and bobs and services that i cant do myself. Happy to give advice or tweak stuff for free. Basically the perfect bike store and ex is lucky to have it. Also Rob is a great guy

I came from London, for a week in Devon with plenty of cycling planned, only to have a mechanical on day one: my power meter and chain ring developed a problem that requires a special instrument to fix , which needs to be ordered from Germany... Not one to be deterred by a challenge, Rob modified one of his tools so he could repair it and get my bike back to me within the day which allowed me to do all the rides I'd planned! Rob is a true bike mechanic and I highly recommend him!

As a cyclist who has used the services of most exeter cycle shops- this is far and away the best. What a traditional bike shop should be about - you can tell the owner cares as much about cycling as you do. Will not go anywhere else.

WOW, Rob is the very reason why we must never lose our independent shops. To say he went the extra mile is an understatement. As long as Rob is in business he will always have mine. Totally decent, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I have a german mail order bike (Canyon) with non standard parts and a less than helpful customer service department. Despite this Rob took the time to trail forums consult with other bike mechanics and repeatedly try to contact Canyon's customer service department in order to fix my bike. WELL DONE ROB!

Would not take my bike anywhere else. Thought I'd shop around for my next service. Nothing even can close on service. It's a good feeling knowing you have complete trust in someone doing you a good service at completely fair prices.
