HALF TERM CAMP DAYS
We are running our very popular camp sessions again this October half term!
Spaces are limited and no one will be added to the list until they have paid. This is due to previous people booking spaces and not showing up after extra coaches being brought in. If you are not on the list you are not guaranteed a space on the day. We hope you all understand.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL- Most people should now have received a letter detailing the new membership payments due for the year. Please make sure this is paid to the club directly ASAP(cash preferred). Those renewing need to wait for their renewal email from British Gymnastics. They are sending these out in club blocks and ours has not been sent yet. Please note- gymnasts are still covered to the end of October. After this date, if payment has not been made and registrations has not been completed online, gymnasts will not be insured and will not be able to participate in classes. If you haven’t had the renewal letter please let a coach know.

WAITING LIST-
We have now sent out emails to all those who applied on May 15th. Please check your junk and spam boxes as well in case it has gone there.

Come learn the basics of gymnastics in our fabulous Mini Quins sessions !
This is a 45 minute coach led session where the children will be taken around various equipment.
... Open to both boys and girls aged 3 to school age !

We will be placing an order for our new club leotards this week. This will be the last chance to get the leotards before Christmas as they take a while to be produced. After the Christmas break we will be asking that all recreational gymnasts have one of our club leotards, so this is a good chance to get it now as they make great Christmas presents. There is a choice of two colours as seen below. Both are £30.00. We have a few in stock to check sizes if you are unsure. If... you would like to order please come see us at the office. To our new Mini Quins (or returning too!) starting today-
11am class only please use the side entrance to the gym as we have a group in the front hall.
Please park in Tesco where you get 3 hours free parking.
... Little ones should wear a tracksuit or leggings/shorts and a t-shirt.
Please remember to bring your first sessions payment too 🙂.

If you are coming along to our pre school classes this week can we please remind you all to park in Tesco (you can park in there for up to 3 hours without charge) and if paying fees please try to have them in a named envelope with the correct amount if possible.

Tomorrow’s session will focus on jumps and landing! This is great for their Locomotor skills which will help with their coordination and the first steps of becoming a budding gymnast!

From today gymnasts will be coming home with Fees letters along with new BG membership forms. Annual membership fees are now due. Please make sure you pay these to the club ASAP or gymnasts will not be insured. You will also need to renew the membership online. You should receive an email soon with a link to take you to renew once both of these steps are done then the membership will be complete. Please let us know if you have any questions.
