I really started to panic and started contacting everyone I could find on the internet. Within moments of fill out the request form Jonny from Harmony at Home had called me. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. A pack arrived in the post a few days later explaining all about the company. Jonny then sent me constant emails to keep me updated on the progress of the search. They then found a wonderful babysitter who lived 10mins from the hotel. I had a phone interview with her a week before hand where she asked me all about the children and answered all my questions about her ability and experience. She then sent me a text message outlining what she was going to do with the children, which matched perfectly with my children’s interests. As I don’t normally leave my children I was worried there would be tears when I tried to leave but 2 mins after Elinor walked through the door my children where all over her. They had a wonderful day and even asked if she could look after them the next day. Harmony where a god send and the nanny they sent was Mary Poppins. Thank you so much you totally saved me and made me feel very confident to leave my precious children in your care.
