Due to the business evolving, meaning I am out on the road doing corporate massage and school wellbeing, I will no longer be working from the studio in Bishop Crewe House (as of April 30th 2019)
I will be carrying out all future treatments at my home studio in Daventry (all details and address will be changed on here and our website in due course) ... I will also be offering mobile treatments for clients in their own homes, should they wish.
I will also be selling some of my equipment due to lack of space so keep your eyes peeled for bargains!!

I regularly do this exercise when the pregnancy sciatica flares up and it 100% does work.
Please note, I will no longer be working from the studio on Thursdays (for the forseeable) as I will be pursuing a new adventure, conducting wellbeing sessions and art therapy at Southam College.
