Another polite reminder of the policy when cancelling / moving appointments. Please make sure when booking the slot that you are going to be able to 100% attend. I completely understand sometimes this can’t be helped. But it really does mess up my week & would just make my life a lot easier 😂❤️ Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged with a 50% fee.
