Wow What a year !!! Sharron, Harry, Alice and I would like to thank you all for your heart felt support and friendship during what has been, at times an emotional and turbulent year. Despite some small minded individuals and all the absolute nonsense that’s been posted and published , The Harrington Arms remains ours and we move forward with you guys into 2019 and beyond!! Positions open: ‚ÄĘMid-week lunchtime Waiting Staff,... Hours, Tuesday-Friday (11.30-3.30) ‚ÄĘBar Staff (weekends and mid week) ‚ÄĘChef (40 hours) Chef De Partie/Sous Chef (must have experience, enjoy cooking fresh, high standards) (looking to work as 4 days on 3 off, splits 9-3, 6-10) some flexibility may be required. ‚ÄĘKitchen assistant (30-40 hours) flexible shifts.

had lunch here for the first time beautiful home cooked food with fresh veg sherry trifle to die for and really friendly staff we will be going again. would highly recommend.

We always go on a Friday night and the waitresses are lovely 2 in particular so accommodating as we always book last minute and bring our baby in a car seat and my partner is very fussy how he wants his food served and the girls make your feel like your never asking too much. Food is brilliant and tasty. Lovely cosy pub and really friendly atmosphere.

Was a lovely dinner.nice and hot.. All tho you had 2 power cuts in a short time. ÔŅĹ. serviced on hot plates staff was amazing willing to help. Nothing is to much trouble for them.... definitely will be back.. ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Visited here today after a morning at Donington Park. All I can say is wow! This place is faultless. The food, service and staff fantastic! We will definitely be returning sooner than later. Without a doubt well worth the hours drive. Probably the best food we have ever eaten in the UK. Thank you so much for a friendly welcome

Top pub, great atmosphere. Really friendly staff and customers, will definitely be going back and would recommend highly to anyone who's not been before to make the effort, really nice old fashioned pub!! 10/10

Stumbled across this place while out for a drive and decided to try it.

What a gem of a pub. The food was excellent served at a very reasonable price by some of the nicest staff I have ever met.

Not the first time here and certainly not the last from the staff the food the surrounding everything is excellent. Last night we had the Xmas menu and again it was first class congratulations to the staff

My husband and I went in for a lunchtime meal today and sat in the bar area. I had the lasagne and my husband had the homemade burger. It was the best meal we've had out in a long time. It was a lovely atmosphere, friendly and very attentive staff. Thankyou, we had a fab time. Would definitely recommend.

It is our favourite place to eat. The food is exceptionally good with local ptoduce and presented piping hot. The staff are the most friendly I have ever experienced. Congratulations to Sharon and all the staff. Les Pauline.

I went today with the family There was 9 of us brilliant Service, the food was top notch especially the cauliflower cheese it was the best I've had, I will be visiting again thank u for a great meal

Fantastic service as always. We always choose the Harrington as a family pub. The staff are very attentive, first class service and first class food. Brilliant Sunday lunch (Roast). Best roast lamb lunch I've had in ages. Tasty gluten free gravy and cauliflower cheese, the icing on the cake would be a Yorkshire pudding. Best

Gluten free banoffee meringue roulade for dessert. Will definitely go back again when I'm in the area. Attentive and friendly staff too. Shame you were out of rhubarb gin but no complaints.

Been recommended this place by many of my cycling buddies saying it's great and cycle friendly and can confirm it's all true lovely old style pub with nice big beer garden at back to enjoy a well earned coffee, they look like they do great food too but couldn't try anything as I wouldn't be able to ride after haha

Been here many, many times, Excellent pub, Best in Derby by far, Excellent food & drink, especially the Sunday lunches!! Exceptional landlord & landlady Aways make everyone feel welcome. Tis beautiful pub is a must visit for anyone who wants quality in a pub, Highly recommended indeed xx

11 of us went for a Sunday dinner for my mums 70th, they were so accommodating as we were late due to traffic to elvaston castle.

The Sunday dinner was lovely and a lot of it and very reasonably priced.

The pub is very traditional and old fashioned which is rare these days, it was lovely with a nice outdoor seating area,all staff friendly and accommodating,

We will definitely return
