Took a platinum engagement ring here to be resized as it was miles too big. They did resize the ring making into oval instead of being round but instead of putting the platinum back in the ring like they said was going to happen they didn't. I got the ring back about 3 grams lighter and they kept the platinum devaluing the price of the ring. The boss wasn't in so I can't blame him for what happened but he needs to keep a closer eye on his staff. I don't know how much 3grams of platinum is worth but I'd rather it still be in the ring than in a strangers pocket.

I have used Harrington and Hallworth jeweller's for many years and the service and product range has always been consistently of a high quality. I called yesterday to have a new bracelet fitted to my watch and as I waited I had the pleasure to observe the gentle banter between the employees / owners/ customers. It was was actually enjoyable. Well done on not only providing a great service but for also, appearing to be, a great place to work. Highly recommended.

Took my Seiko watch in to have the battery replaced, instead of sending it off to Seiko to replace and reset the perpetual calendar, they sent it to some sheister who only replaced the battery broke the winder and so I can't even set it to the correct time. Never take a watch here!

Don't take your expensive watch here for a battery replacement as they damage the back the cover.
