Totally love this salon. The amazing staff at Harris Gibbs have looked after me as a nervous customer for a while now & I get so excited when I visit as I know I'll be in there being looked after & treated so well & leave feeling a million dollars! Thank you all for being super duper stars! X

They are very professional and really take your time with you. Every one is very friendly and make sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need. In addition, they are quick to help and to make sure you that you are happy with everything. For example, I had some issues with my extensions and they free-of-charge provided me with new ones and everything have been perfect since. Really good hairdresser and I definitely recommend going there!

The only Salon I have ever been to where I can genuinely say I love my new hair! Chloe is brilliant! Thank you for turning my lifeless and shapeless hair into a style I love!

Once you had Harris and Gibbs do your hair, there is no going back. I spent a long time going from one hairdresser to the next but never found anywhere that was right for me until I went here. They will always be the only place in brum I go to for my hair. �

I've been having my hair cut & coloured by Alex for over 5 years now and always leave feeling so happy with the results. I've gone through several hairstyles and colours during this time, and I like that Alex goes through a brief consultation before EVERY appointment, very much listening to what I'm after. I love going to the salon and think the whole team are friendly, professional and the shop has a fab, fun atmosphere. Always look forward to my appointments here. Love the place, and always walk out feeling wonderful!! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I stumbled across Harris Gibbs after moving to the Jewellery Quarter and having had a couple of disastrous trips to other local salons, was very nervous... Alex soon put me at ease and after the initial consultation, had such a wonderful cut I didn't hesitate in going back for a colour! I have had all sorts of cuts, colours and restyles and am never disappointed in the service or results. Have been a client for the last six and a bit years and will be a client for as long as Alex will put up with me! Great staff, beautiful salon.
