Art comes in so many different mediums, even CGI. For those with smart phones, check out Google's new 3D 'View in my space' function. You could actually meet 'The tiger who came to tea'! Post your pics in the comments. Just type in a well known animal into Google and click on 'View in 3D'.

'Mind' have some wonderful tips and advice to help people through their self-isolation. The term 'self-isolation' can sound scary to some people, but it's worth reminding ourselves that we are all in this together.
If you're feeling alone or know of someone on their own, pick up the phone and reach out to a friend, neighbour or family member. Have a friendly chat over the garden fence at a safe distance; do a WhatsApp video call; write a letter to loved ones and include photo...s or pictures you've drawn; leave a bunch of garden flowers on a neighbour's doorstep to surprise them; come together as a family and create a group piece of artwork, to remind yourselves of what makes you smile.

Like many of you, the hArt team are having to work from home. So we thought we'd share some of the natural beauty of our local environments. This was filmed by Annie on her daily walk to exercise her dogs. Take a listen to the beautiful birdsong and feel the peacefulness.
Nature is always there to support us, particularly during this time. Make the most of any moment you can to sit or walk in the sunshine; listen to the birds; the wind in the trees or gaze at a pond or river ...... whether in your garden; a wild path near your home or from a balcony or window.
The spring blossom can make us feel better too ... what do you love most about nature and how do you bring it into your daily life?

When it became impossible to run his real-life choirs as normal this week, vocal leader James Sills launched 'The Sofa Singers'. The virtual group invites people from all over the world to connect through the power of song - from the comfort of their sofas. Next session is this Friday evening if you want to join in! www.thesofasingers.net James Sills Music #singingforwellbeing #positiveaction #community

Important Coronavirus Update:
We'd like to reassure our clients and colleagues that the 'Wednesday Wellbeing' groups in #Lymington and #Fordingbridge will proceed as normal tomorrow, Wednesday 18th March, but respectfully ask that if you are feeling poorly or wish to practice self-care, please stay at home.
After tomorrow, we will be postponing all sessions for a few weeks to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, therapists and volunteers. We will keep you informed... as to when the sessions restart in both locations, as soon as possible. If you would like to be kept up to date, please contact us via our website ~ www.hart.works/contact and leave your name, contact details and a message.
We will continue to post updates here on Facebook and share helpful and inspirational posts for you . . . like the useful link below.
Thank you and please do share with us anything you are doing to help yourself during this challenging time ~ let's support one another!
