This can include antenatal and postnatal depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and postpartum psychosis. . Pregnancy and motherhood are often hailed as the happiest time in a woman's life, but it can also be a time of extreme stress and difficulty.... . It is so easy to do your best clown face and pretend everything is ŌĆ£fineŌĆØ but the reality is sometimes it isnŌĆÖt, sometimes itŌĆÖs just hard, exhausting and lonely. That is why it is so important to reach out to each other and offer support. . I see small acts of kindness every single day between you all in class and it makes me glow. Ōś║’ĖÅSometimes itŌĆÖs just asking someone to go for coffee after class, making an effort to sit next to the mum on her own or just offering to cuddle baby whilst mum goes for a wee! (A pure luxury at times!) These things seem small but can mean the world to somebody having a really tough time. You might be the only person that parent has spoken to all day.

Hartbeeps has been a part of my life for 6 years & I just love what I get from it.. I have made some friends - I have Cried/Laughed.... I love that all you parents choose to attend our classes & you have allowed me and my team to be a part of you and your little ones journey and created such amazing memories thank you!
