We was there on Monday 22nd of Aug and we had a fantastic time I left my jacket in the club not sure if it has been found as I can't get tho to talk to anyone but we had a fantastic time caravan was clean and tidy and the entertainment was fantastic in the club for the kids and we can't wait to come back again well done harts

We had the best time ever!! Absolutely loved it!! The staff were absolutely brilliant!! I found the food really nice the drinks were reasonable!! I had 4 kids of different ages and they all kept themselves amused either in the arcades or swimming etc was a great weekend and we are coming back very very soon!! �

Just stayed for 4 nights caravan was beaut really clean and modern, the staff were all lovely and couldn't be more helpful especially the swimming pool staff joined in with games and were all lovely. The arcade is really reasonable and offer a lot of fab prizes for the tickets. Overall had a lovely 4 days the beach is great also lots of crabbing with the kids they had so much fun would go again :) x

I would recommend most people to go to harts holiday park it is really good, entertainment is magnificent, food is brilliant I love going to harts holiday park I would definitely go back now if I could.

Had a great time swimming today. Life guards were very friendly and helpful. My children love going swimming and enjoy themselves every time. Music is good and seems very well structured and safe. My partner and children had lots of fun playing with the inflatables lots of fun things for the children and bigger children to haha. Would definitely recommend and will be going back tomorrow :)

We have just come back from a 2 night stay in a silver plus caravan. We were pleasantly surprised at how big and how clean the caravan was. We had a problem with our carbon monoxide alarm in the caravan so we phoned reception to report it and it was being replaced not even half an hour later. The swimming pool was clean and spacious with lots of lifeguards around and the evening entertainment was brilliant too. The only thing I would have liked to see a bit more of was entertainment during the day for families/kids. The morning sessions finish at 12 and the evening session doesn’t start until 6. We found this a long time to keep a 6 and 3 year old entertained as there isn’t a great deal outside of the holiday park to do. We would definitely return, just maybe with a few more board games/outdoor games etc. Staff were all lovely and food was too. All round, a lovely few days. Thank you! x

Recently returned from weekend break here (1st time visitor)

Found it to be a clean site with plenty of places to dispose of rubbish,mixture of privately rented vans and park resort's,grandchildren had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the arcade and clubhouse,children's menu varies and good value at £4.50 with dessert and drink....

Close to all amenities leysdown has to offer all in all a lovely weekend and have booked to go back August bank holiday�

My son, our dog and I have had a great short break for 4 nights here last week,, admitidly our arrival/first night was disappointing but from the on it was fab and have already looked into returning for a weekend before September. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. My son is autistic and this was recognised without me having to say and they all bent over backwards for him. The entertainment staff Scott, Paige and Alisha made him feel so special he was tearful to have to leave them. (my only criticism would be to advertise around venue the daytime entertainment more then attendance would hopefully improve.) We will be back definitely Thank you

very nice bar area plenty of entertainment every day.. day and night for children of all different ages. my 4 year old absolutely loved it. nice clean and friendly atmosphere.

swimming pool is awesome nice temperature very friendly lifeguards.

reception very helpful as I extended my stay. We only stayed in a very basic two bedroom bronze static but it was awesome everything you need fully equipped kitchen nice bedrooms very clean quilt and pillows but we did bring our own.

all in all we are very happy definitely recommend and would definitely come again.

We've just stayed for a 4 night stay.. overall.. it was ok..

It started off with a delay with our caravan which didn't bother us.. the staff were very appologic and gave us a voucher to applogise.

When we did get into our caravan.. it wasn't very clean.. tissues in the smaller second bedroom, tea marks on the table, carpet had hairs in..

Evening entertainment was great, entertainers were brilliant and our two kids loved dancing and taking part in the games etc..

There is huge issue with local kids/ older kids staying on site. Running through the entertainment shouting and running in the toilets nearly sending my three year old flying.

Second day.. the shower started leaking which was a pain.. took 2 days (last day there) to be given the clear to use it which by that time we were nearly going home.

Swimming facilities were really good, friendly staff and provided in pool entertainment including inflatables and music.

Not much to do in the local area... kids enjoyed exploring the beach though.

Caravan was nice. Clubhouse was nice but closed from 3-6 which was annoying. we only eat in there once we had breakfast it was over priced and considering it wasn't busy at all took a long time to come out. Day time entertainment none existent. Children's play park very basic not a lot for smaller children to go on. Staff were very friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool newly done but no slides. We did enjoy the arcades though. over all clean and tidy.

Just left after a four day break here. Really wasn’t happy with the over all experience. I booked me and my family to go winchelsea but got a call two days before we was going to say winchelsea was water logged and that they have re booked us here. I was told the park was bigger and better and that we was being put in a bigger caravan and early check in with no extra charge. Which i was happy with until we got there! Our caravan was disgusting. Not clean at all. The whole grass area was water logged. The food was disgusting from the club house. There was no room to fit our 6month old baby in our room so i slept in front room while baby was in with mum. Trying to go swimming with the kids was a nightmare and only got an hour in the pool. Will definitely be going back to haven next year! Thanks for having us.

Awful place the caravan stunk of sick when we arrived, it wasn't until we used the toilet we found out there was thick sick all up the door, cleaner came out promptly wiped the door but loads still left behind we got some bleach wipes and had to do it ourselves. Very small complex not much to do. Didn't help the swimming pool wasn't open Sun/Monday apparently electrical issues? Strange opening times for swimming pool to for a family resort 11-4 never been to a site where they open so late & close so early? We was a party of 10 but only 6 of each cutlery, plate etc had to ask for more, they took forever to get them to us by the time they arrived 4 of our plates of food was freezing, no grill in the grill, no plug in the sink. The staff were over all pleasant and accommodating although a lot of sexual innuendos and inappropriate jokes were told during the kids entertainment of an evening. The park it's self was clean. The children's play area was strange, it had monkey bars 12/15 foot off of the floor which I didn't understand as it was meant to be for the children? We see a riot police van leaving the site on the Saturday night which didn't surprise us in the least, the locals are vvvv hostile and intimidating which although I know this isn't the parks issue/blame I feel this needs to be addressed as it effected our stay- teenagers smoking/swearing/intimidating/circling around people on their bikes- seemed free to enter and leave the park as they wished we didn't feel safe at all.

We have just left two days into a week long holiday not impressed at all the caravan was too small for us and was supposed to be a gold upgrade. The clubhouse was dead both evenings we went in there. The entertainment and bingo etc were terrible. The pool is literally just a square pool no activities or slides. Half the seafront arcades and restaurants were closed.

Staying here right now.

Harts is a complete and utter rip off!! Don't know how the staff sleep at night, daylight robbery!! Harts sales team and management should be ashamed at making a living out of lying and ripping people off!!

I certainly would never recommend anyone to buy a caravan at Harts! Rules worse than an army camp! Lies lies lies when selling you 'your dream'

Paid £21,000 for our van and decking, got back £5000 for the lot, just 1 year later!!

My mum paid £55,000 for a brand new caravan and they gave her £29,000 back - only to put it up for sale at £59,000 the following week!!! Absolutely disgraceful. Glad to see the back of the place �

Food was rubbish couldn't eat it Joe who served us was a very nice young man. same entertainment every night with kids only from just after 6pm till 7.30pm then it's bingo for over 18s with them telling kids.to be quite so kids got bored and with nothing else on site it's terrible. We booked.this park as on websites shows an outdoor pool..... there is.no pool outsidel!!!! Machines for change never work and staff are unhelpful. Reception seems to close at 5pm which is bad. When we arrived the TV wasn't working in caravan so we called them out the man was nice and needed a remote to retune it he called reception who we could here saying what do u want me to do about it like she couldn't care less very bad attitude to have. He did stay until he fixed it no thanks to her. Caravan we shared with loads off ants so couldn't cook or eat in there and kettle leaked!!!!!

Anyone thinking of buying a caravan on this site please do your homework and look into everything. The amount of misused terms and conditions used by the management is embarrassing to say the least. Yes you can do this no you can't . Made up as they go along I think. In the space of a year the dream my mum was sold turned into an absolute nightmare. Ridiculous rules , that done nothing but antagonise and upset owners ( mostly old age pensioners ) looking for a quiet and peaceful life. Your lack of respect you've shown to the people that part fund your wages stinks . If one person reads this and decided to go elsewhere, then great they've had a lucky escape. This has cost my mum a lot of her life savings that she will never see again , oh well better to be happy than living in a nightmare. Sleep well Harts and the joke of a management team you employ
