Today they reaffirmed good old fashioned honest and helpful shop keeping. I asked for a replacement grommet for a clip top bottle in which I keep olive oil. A very small item and I was prepared to buy a whole packet of them if necessary. They searched and did not have any in stock but found a lone one - which they gave me free of charge.

Very much appreciated and just more of their friendly and helpful customer service. Well done.

Ordered some products on Friday, had an issue with my card (my fault not theirs) contacted me immediately with a solution, made payment late Sunday night, order dispatched Monday and received early Tuesday morning. Ordered a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer on Saturday. And it arrived on mo day. The customer service was superb. Information of the time of delivery was given to us via E mail on Monday morning ( tine given between 15:00-16:00hours) the product arrived at 15:15 hours.

Checked the Stand Mixer, all in working order and all utensils in the box.

I found this company when looking to replace my Denby Halo white wine glasses which had got broken over the years. They were so much cheaper than Denby themselves and arrived within days given my location. Love Denby....and Harts of Stur. Will defo use them again as I collect items from this range.

I bought the Typhoon Living Blue Range and they look fabulous in our kitchen. Slight hiccup in delivery as DPD should have delivered but was done through Royal Mail. Postage hadn't been paid but as soon as I contacted Harts I was reimbursed immediately. Excellent products and fantastic customer service.

Have ordered quite a few Kitchen Aid items via the eBay shop, because they stock a lot of the Kitchen Aid range, unlike high street stores. Always good delivery service, in two years of ordering various items, only one has ever been slightly imperfect, but within 30 minutes of contacting them, I received a return postage label and replacement item was delivered within 48 hours. Would love to visit the store, but live 3 hours away.

Found this company whilst looking for some specific cutlery.

I tried to order online but my internet connection was playing up so I rang to place an order (around 4.45pm Monday), I was amazed that the call was picked up almost immediately and it wasn't an answer machine!!

The the lady who answered was brilliant and apologised profusely the order wouldn't be shipped that day but it would be with us on Wednesday.

I would definitely use this company again the range of goods thay have is fantastic. Thank you very much.

delivery didnt turn up as promised. and when i call to complain as i now have nothing to cook my kids dinner with, that this company basically doesn't care and would never give compensation., even though i have now had to order food in as have a very unhappy 5 & 7 year old. Nice one Harts of Stur! cancel my order - i will take my custom elsewhere as it is obviously not important enough for you to give a fig even though i have spent thousands with you in the past. i wont be ordering again!

Wrong item delivered, told I could return the item to the Tesco store I collected it from as it was ordered through them only to find out after wasting an hour if my time and staff time in the store that it couldn't be returned there. Poor service and I wouldn't recommend this company - given it wasn't my fault that I was sent the wrong thing I've had to waste my time trying to sort it out and now won't get a refund for some time as need to wait for a returns label from them, once received it will take at least a couple of days to process then once that is done they need to contact Tesco to issue a refund. Online shopping at its worst with an apology for sending the wrong thing but no apology for telling me incorrect information and wasting my time.

Ordered a Kitchenaid personal coffee maker which arrived and didn't work properly and included a faulty travel mug. They promptly exchanged the items (although I did have to email photographic evidence that the mug was broken!) Replacement machine also seems to have the same fault.



Having discussed my issue with a lovely lady called Leona, I'm then passed to Helen, who proceeded to patronise me via email about the operating instructions of said coffee maker.



I currently still have in my possession the defective machine and will be waiting to deal with Leona on Monday.



I won't be using again, I'll stick with Dawson's department store who offer far better customer service.
