We always receive good service here and good food, on the one occasion my wife had a slight problem with a disappointing Tapas dish it was taken off the bill, so can’t complain.

There was 6 of us service was excellent and the food was amazing. No complaints at all. Really lovely clean place.x

Great food, service with a smile, best to book at peak times as it is popular with families, we like the fact you can swap some food items for a healthier option. It can get pretty busy so a slight wait for drinks at times but overall we are more than happy to frequent here when cooking is something you dont fancy doing. The facilities are really clean too. Love the Rottiserie Chicken ❤️

Manager said there was half an hour wait but as I was on my own offered to seat me in the bar - I would have waited but didn't mind at all eating in the bar! Had to wait a little while for bar service but only because the barman was dealing with a broken glass. Ordered, went to get salad and by the time I was back my starter was ready. Good food & good service overall.

I promised our waitress I’d leave a review! She’s fab, and again can’t remember her name! Remembered her from last time, really lovely lady, dark hair up in a messy bun, recently moved!

Very personable nothing an issue, very polite. Fab meal as always, my steak was perfect and the blue cheese & mushroom sauce was awesome! Only negative my daughter stole my chips � ! I must order extra next time!

I drove 2 hours to drop my husband at Brize Norton and we misjudged our arrival time at the restaurant. We turned up 2hrs early hoping for a table. When we got there the manager was incredibly helpful and got us a table although they were really busy!



Service was super quick and the choices on the menu were awesome!

Very happy to see vegan and veggie options!

Food was cooked perfectly!

Our section was incredibly busy but the waiter did a fab job of keeping up and the food was bought out promptly. The only critique I would have, would be to bring children’s food out first.

Yesterday was great meal! But this was the first time I been back after the rubbish experience we had about a year before, when I promised I wouldn’t go back! But happy to say this time was 101% better

Service terrible, had to wait ten minutes just to get a cup washed before we could even get a cup of tea, no cups, spoons or milk out, one toaster burnt every time, other one took seven tmes before beard even started to change colour. Breakfast was warm, not hot, called in on way home from holiday, wish we had kept going

Service is shocking. Returning to the poor standard it had on opening week.

Ordered a large glass of wine which was 250ml and it camr in a 175ml glass so the red wine had spilt so i had to use my napkin not the best way to serve a merlot. Then ordered a strawberry and lime kopperburg cider only to recieve a bluberry and lime one as they saud they only did the alcohol free one. Not according to the menu. Food okish but waited for the menu after we were seated. Wont be going back

One of the worst meals ever! Chairs were dirty and we arrived at 12 tables sticky asked for ice in my drink told none machine broken

Oh dear. Went for a breakfast yesterday.. all you can eat apparently. So after asking for the all you can eat breakfast we are then asked what would we like and how many of each. How strange we thought. Apparently you tell them, they make it then if you want more you ask for it. The order arrived after ten minutes. Hard eggs, burnt bacon, awful black pudding, cold mushrooms. Beans okay, sausages poor, hash browns not too bad. Had I wanted any more of anything I would have been hard pressed as we were shortly joined by our niece who after ten minutes of trying to grab someone's attention to order finally did so. Order eventually arrived 30 minutes later after I went to ask where it was. So.... Had I wanted anymore I wouldn't have been getting any it seems for at least half an hour. So all in all not a good experience.

Very poor service . Disgusting staff .when asked for no ice in my drink they served with ice I then said to a member of staff whom then turned around and took out with her bare hands yuk disgusting couldn't believe this happened dirty dirty dirty

Taken by relatives not one of the best harvesters I have been to service was poor the salad bar had no lettuce , I ordered a desert And asked for a simple Strawberry Eton mess the waitress first of all said she had no harvester ice cream it would be out of a tub then returned and said she had no Strawberries would Raspberries do I replied yes when she returned with my desert she told me she found some strawberries but they where not fresh. In a nutshell I wondered if she was a waitress or kitchen staff ??

Not good, especially the toilets. Please get them cleaned

I have had better service in McDonald’s, utterly awful, rude staff. My meal was cold, egg overdone. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to replace my egg but had already finished my meal. No apologies, staff couldn’t care less. Compared to other harvesters I have been to this is the worst. Staff spent to much time cleaning empty tables and just ignored customers, i didn’t see any food leaving the kitchen for about 20minutes and the food that was there sat on a hot plate for 15 minutes.

Had a bad experience here tonight and I think it will definitely be the last time I go !

We got good service the minute we walked in ... 45 mins later we're still waiting for three burgers ... just three ! In the meantime we help ourselves to salad bar � absolutely vile, so unhygienic, the potato salad looked like it had been sat there for sometime nearly congealed and mayo was seperated from the potatoes (most of the other salad stuff mixed into it eg cucumber and pickled onions along with a bit of sweet corn !)

Whilst waiting for our dinner to arrive we was asked if we wanted pudding, to which we answered 'our mains would be nice'

The burgers come out two were as asked for but one was not also onion rings were cold (we didn't eat them) they take the unwanted burger away, come back and say it will be another 10minutes 'no good we say, we're out for dinner, which means we want to eat together'.

We spoke to the manager after eating what I call a shit meal and guess what .... we got all for free ! But baring in mind the food was rubbish and none of it really got eaten.

Sorry to give such a bad review as I used to love a harvester for quick easy food but this was not the case and hasn't been the case since the place opened ! Not enough staff, kitchen team (chefs) don't seem to be pulling there weight for mostly inedible!

Awful!

The restaurant needs a deep clean! It was absolutely filthy - the floors walls skirting boards windowsills and tables.

The food was ok for the money.

We will never go here again

Awful meal, we have been going since it opened and always enjoyed our meals although the service wasn't always great. Today both food and service were shocking, £51.00 for an meal consisting of steak so over cooked I couldn't chew it. My husband had a mixed grill which was equally dry and bad and the kids meal wasn't much better. I did complain but manager didn't bother coming over and no discount offered for awful meal. I left feeling very annoyed that we paid full price for such overcooked dry, chewy food that they should be ashamed to serve. We will never go back again after today's experience.
