We love Harvester and always enjoy our meal, nothing was too much trouble and the food is always hot and tasty. On our recent visit our waitress Lucy went out of her way to make sure my daughters dietary requirements were catered for and my children enjoyed �

We had a lovely meal in the Harvester. Our waitress Lucy was fantastic! She was very polite and couldn’t do enough for us which made our evening even more enjoyable.

We would definitely go back there.

We had a lovely family meal. Our waitress, Lucy, was excellent, very helpful and went out of her way for us.

Since the refurbishment we have been every week! Love the new look & the staff seem to be loving it too � Great food & a lovely atmosphere.. keep doing what your doing!

Just went for a lovely family meal and not only was the food excellent We have just been served by the BEST WAITER OF THE YEAR .... a pefectly polite young man called FLETCHER .... ( whom I nicknamed FLEXER in the short time we were there )

Well Done ... your Parents must be very proud .

Had a great meal at the Harvester a couple of weeks ago. Lucy (our waitress) was very helpful and had great knowledge of the menu...she recommended a fantastic dessert (the pretzel tart). Brilliant!

Great place and staff are really friendly. I would like to give our thanks to Fletcher who served us. :)

Food was great. Our server Lucy was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us

It’s a great place nice refurbishment but I would like to see sausage and mash come back on the menu.

Went yesterday, had a good meal, but service was very slow, they forget items we'd ordered which didnt come out till we'd nearly finished. Also, the central heating wasnt working and it was bloody cold! Definately prefer the flamstead one.

Food was ok although the size of the jacket potato was bit of a joke. There should have been two! Our waitress was a bit on the rude side and when we was asked if we wanted more drinks - which we didn't at the time- she jus appeared with the bill and then rolled her eyes when we had a voucher. Wudnt be in a hurry to rush back

We went in yesterday for a meal ,the place was full of smoke ��something went wrong in the kitchen.they said it would be fine and gone soon.so we sat down and ordered but smoke was still everwere.they should of evacuated the place.instead we had to eat our meal in smoky surroundings .dont good ��

We went in yesterday & decided to sit in the bar. I ordered our food & it arrived quite quick another family sitting near us had theirs & left.we ate ours & decided to have a coffee.No one was clearing the tables of dishes or glasses.I moved our plates onto the table next to us which by this time was full of dishes & glasses.I went to order 2 baileys lattes only to be told we coudnt have them because the coffee machine was broken. I was not offered a alternative. I went & asked if any other coffees were available & we ended up with 1 cappuccino & 2 baileys speciality coffees. The barman brought our coffees & then returned to the bar Without clearing the tables of dishes or glasses. In the 3 hours we were there no one cleared the tables.

Typical Harvester food, tasty quick and freshly cooked. Friendly hard working staff and good location with ample parking. It was busy at lunchtime we visited and clearly functioning at about capacity. The big let down was cleanliness because the carpets doors and handles etc. all felt sticky. Having gone to the loo and cleaned ones hands it felt like it needed to be done again when back at the table!

Not sure what they did during the recent refurb, apart from a coat of paint.

Toilets a bit run down, and food nearly cold.

Salad bar and service both good.

No bread, no veg, burnt burger, smallest rack of ribs I've ever seen. Slow drinks service. Had burger and ribs removed from the bill. Would I go there again...a big NO.

Had a breakfast, confusing menu, not quite sure what I was buying, opted for full English and 'continental'.

Full English was nice, sausages tasty..

'Continental', if you like toast and a muffin and a bit of cereal, then it's ok, no croissants, no pastries, not entirely sure how they can call it continental, it's as if the Buyer of the food hasn't even left the shores of good ole blighty to experience what Continentals even eat...

Not good...



Oh and waitress got our order wrong due to the confusing menu items that even she didn't understand...

Went here last night and today me and gf both very sick. Poor service. Food was disgusting. Hygiene of the restaurant was disgusting. Salad bar was mouldy. Half the menu was missing. Absolutely vile

My step dad got a fine through the post today for parking in the car park when we went in for a meal. Not once was we notified by a member of staff about registering the car nor did we see any notice to inform us, Will absolutely not be returning again. Scamming people!
