We went on Saturday Tea Time, the restaurant was busy but we were seated quickley and the salad bar was great. We were on the Groupon 2 for £20 deal and both chose the mixed combo. The chicken was great and the ribs cooked to perfection. Chips, slaw and gravy were great too. Overaĺl it was really good the food came promptly and service was attentive. Having been to Middlebrook Harvester a handful of time over the past 10 years or so my expectations were exceede and the interior had been done up. Cracking value obthe Groupon deal.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the two lovely ladies who at 11.30pm last night let us sit in the outside area and gave the kids crisp and water after me my sister my friend and our 4 children were left stranded after the little mix concert because the taxi we booked couldn't be bothered to wait in the traffic to collect us. Thanks again ladies it was a lovely thing to do �

Amazing experience ! Attended at 930pm so quite late on, clean, friendly staff. Food absolutely incredible! Ribs & mash too succulent & steak cooked to perfection ! Thanks soo much to all the staff. We will be back ! �

All 4 meals were spot on. Cooked to perfection Friendly staff and the salad bar was topped up well and all fresh.

Luv it there for food I know the breakfast is all u can eat but would be better if you could go and get it ur self instead ( hence the score of 4 or it would have been a 5 ) of the waiter ordering it with what we eat we fell like greedy people cause they know what uve got if u know what I mean would just rather go and pik our own like other all u can eat places the waiter was absolutely brilliant by the way don't know his name he was on at reebok yesterday morning just to the left as u come through the main doors would defo come back x

Our waitress tazmyn was lovely there was a point were we couldn't see her so we asked another waitress to get us some drinks we was polite but she wasn't she was funny about it and didn't even smile we got more of a dirty look and got can you wait I'm busy talk about service with a smile ha !!! Food was great our waitress was great but that other waitress was very rude towards not only us but other customers I watched her throughout my meal she didn't smile once she just pulled her face and had a shitty attitude !!! But all in all good meal

Considering it was quiet waiting 15 minutes to be seated then got our own seat. My husband went to the bar to order to be told we had to wait to be seated and they would come to the table for our order. 20 minutes later came and took order. After finishing our meal waited a further 20 minutes to be offered dessert and then after finishing waiting 30 minutes for the bill. It was quiet and four of the staff were just stood around talking. The bar staff were also rude to my husband that we had not waited to be seated dispite waiting 15 minutes. Not sure I would go again.

Very expensive for the size of the portions, Cheesy Garlic Bread a total rip off and soaked in garlic didn’t enjoy it at all and no check back done. On a plus note staff friendly

Very average meal, very poor service.

First, waited over 20 minutes for our drinks: we’d all eaten our salads and main meals were arriving and the drinks still hadn’t arrived. Then two of the main meals were wrong so by the time they were sorted the first person had finished eating theirs. Peppercorn Sauce missing from the steak, wrong fries, and if I order an 8oz rump steak I expect an 8oz steak, not 2 smaller 4oz ones? Can’t recommend, wouldn’t go again.

Staff friendly and helpful nice and clean, comfortable atmosphere, If I had stuck to the salad I would have highly recommended. Upgraded the french fries to sage and onion (+49p) they were dry and tasteless and had only been sprinkled with a herb shake what a rip off. Friend had fish chips & peas (also upgraded and agreed with above review) . fish was lovely. other friends had salmon no complaints there. Good place for a little gt together good value for money just don't upgrade .

No rotisserie chicken two nights on the trot! Cajun chicken was very spicy so not to everyone's taste! The turkey Christmas dinner on the Sunday eve was very poor and I would not recommend it at all. The chocolate torte was very nice! Service was slow on both nights so not as if it was just a one of.

really bad customer service, had to wait ages just for them too take our plates so we could have desert, don't get extra cutlery, had too get another fork, then had too find someone too let them know we had finished, extra portion sizes are ridiculous and well not worth the money! Then we had too then go and find someone again too get the bill, what a joke!! Also when the food came the woman started shouting us too get it as the plates were too hot, when she was mumbling our order, how ignorant and rude, also ordered something and when it came she said 'sorry we don't have this so we made you this instead' what if I didn't like that? came for my 18th and wish I'd of gone somewhere else complete waste of money will never come again, food wasn't the best and the customer service was appalling.

Waitress was ignorant and looked like she couldn't be bothered, no eye contact given at all, didn't clear our starter plates never got offered extra drinks at all and we wasn't on the free refills, never asked if our meals were ok my husbands wasn't, didn't get our main meals cleared hence never getting asked did we want desert, had to go to the bar area to pay as nobody asked us did we require our bill, overall rude poor quality food experience! Happy to say we will not be returning here as we don't want to put the staff out of their way and actually do their job!

Rude staff ... won't return! Always the same reception at this Harvester , short staffed and everything is too much bother ! Not too sure why as Buckshaw village in Leyland is completely different. Friendly service, happy and can't do enough. I've heard far too many issues at this branch. Yet another head office email! Can't be polite why take the job!

Poor service, waited half an hour for breakfast, there was no bread left for toast and no orange juice left which was told they would re full but never did..... wouldn’t come again.

Have been to this place a number of times and always enjoyed it, went Sunday 22nd afternoon and it’s got to have been one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, firstly the restaurant was half empty so upon entering requested a comfortable seat as I have a prolapsed disc, was informed all tables where booked and was sat by the door that gave a draft making my back more painful on a very uncomfortable chair, no offer to get a more comfortable chair from one of the many empty tables or chairs around the restaurant that throughout our time there remained unoccupied, most of them dirty with empty plates still on. Attempted to order a pulled pork burger to be told they had run out of pulled pork, ordered a bacon and cheese burger instead, went for salad, a few pieces of tomato left, a few pieces of curled up cucumber, no sweetcorn, no bread, had to request the salad bar to be replenished! Server came and asked again what we had ordered as she’d forgotten, come on really? we’d only ordered 2 x bacon and cheese burgers! Hungry at this point, went to the toilet whilst waiting for burgers to arrive, no toilet roll in 5 of the cubicles! Went back to the table, burgers arrived and they were black and crusty and burnt on the outside( griddle dirty), ate half and requested the bill to leave! Disappointed to say the least at the service or lack of as there appeared to be a lack of interest/ concern for customers by our server, have to say did over hear other servers interactions with customers and they appeared to be more accommodating, sorry for the bad review but a bad experience sticks and this was a bad one!
