Went to harvester enfield for a birthday meal, just wanted to say what an excellent meal it was, all the staff were very friendly and the food was perfect (I’m fussy with my steak lol) will defiantly be coming here again! Thanks guys ��

Lovely staff, Sam was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and I’ve never had such a good egg, big fan of the pineapple and... you guessed it... Wakanda forever! What team? Wildcats? Hotel. Trivago.

Had a lovely time at the Harvester in Hatfield. Very good service! Joe our waiter was very lovely and kind! Would highly recommend!

Came for lunch with my parents yesterday, we all had something different and each said how lovely our food was, our waiter was very attentive, definitely won't leave it another 20years until my next visit�

A very lovely place to eat, as on a hot summers day, you can sit outside by the river. The staff here are so polite, friendly and helpful. I have dined here lots of times and have never been disappointed. I will keep returning as its also such a lovely atmosphere

Went there for my birthday on 3rrd july it was fairly empty because of the football so service was good. Food was satisfactory. Have been there many times the girl serving us called everyone darling a bit to many times nut was ok

Make sure you put a coat on as even the staff serve you in there’s. It was freezing.

Food was great, service was excellent.....but the toilets were absolutely disgusting! overflowing urinal, doors broken on the stalls, toilets damaged....was not very nice at all!

We have been here a few times over the years. This has to be the worst we have experienced. Started by being seated where we wanted to sit which was nice to have had the option but the gentleman that seated asked what drink we would like for which we asked for 4 refills. We sat there for 10 mins wondering where our glasses were. I had to hunt around to find the man that seated us to ask where our drinks were. At which point I saw a young lady at my table. My husband was telling her that it was poor that we still hadn't got the drinks we asked for. She apologised and said that the man that seated often forgets to put drink orders in. She then took our order and went off to get our drinks. We waited another 5 to 10 mins and a different lady brought us our glasses. Food was nice but could have been hotter. Was hungry so didn't bother to complain. Lady came near the end of finishing our main to ask if every thing was ok. By then most of the food was finished. Dessert was by far the best part of the meal. On a different note the toilets need up dating as the flush system is poor, the toilet that I used filled up upon flushing as though it was going to over flow. There was also a toilet brush that had toilet tissue and poo on it. Not a nice sight when in the middle of eating.

Went yesterday for the first time...service was pretty poor and although my companions meals were fine, i had to play hunt the fish in my simple meal of fish and chips! It was all batter and looked as if the fish had escaped. Not appetising to look at at all. Desserts were lovely. Company was great, but sadly that doesnt come with the meal. Don't think I'll be bothering to go back in a hurry.

Food was awful! Dried up salmon with dried up veggies and jacket potato was hard!!! I did complain and was offered a new meal but my friend had already started on her dinner so would have been another long wait

Chips and onion rings were cold

Place needs a coat of paint or a total refit

At the Navigation harvester in Enfield the service is extremely slow even when the restaurant is quiet we've have waited for 40 minutes to be served our main course

Took my daughter and partner out for lunch as it was his 21st birthday, poor quality food, my chicken was still pink and only lukewarm to the touch...when I complained I was told by the waiter ‘well he would eat it’, it was changed but sat on the hatch for so long the rest of my party was finished . I wrote a message and got a reply from the manager who basically called me a liar as there was no possible way the chicken or ribs could be pink he knew for sure 110%. I visit harvester a lot usually the Gryphon, wont be coming back, this restaurant has gone seriously downhill. Also they wouldn’t accept my free Ribena on their own app !

This is the second time I have been here since breaking me leg and undergoing lots of surgerys 3 months ago,both times have been shocking.

First time I was still in a wheelchair and as soon as I got in the door I was made to feel like I was in the way, was asked if I had booked a table even though it was empty, they put me in the most awkward place to sit.

Today I came in for my anniversary meal with my husband, I am now on one crutch but they put us in the hall right by the drinks machine,I was bumped by ppl lining up for drinks and was in the way.

We where then moved and got our food,the food was rubbish just plopped on the plate, we was rushed and our waiter was rushing all over the place.

Our ice cream was melted and didn't taste very nice.

Sad to say that it was a horrible experience both time.

You need to 're evaluate how you treat disabled customers!!!! Both times I was made to feel very uncomfortable and like I was in the way or a problem.

I thought I would tried to order a delivery from here tonight but unfortunately not all my meal arrived. I called the restaurant and spoke to the duty manager who did not have a clue what to do about this. First she kept saying check the bag are you sure I felt like she was calling me a lying by saying they alway make up the salad. To make matters worst she did not know how to resolve the matter she kept saying she didn’t know what to do. Finally I was offered a free dessert in the restaurant on another night. Why would I want this? My food was missing now. No offer to deliver missing food or any kind of refund. Again saying she didn’t know what to do. I explained I had paid for food I did not receive. I finally said ok I will call head office. Then she put the phone down on me. Shocking rubbish service

No potato skins. Garlic bread was not cooked and looked moodie letettes was off and dark and tomatoes smelt rotten. That was just the starters. Salad bar was good. Main meal well don't ask. I ended up with being sick that night and bad pains in my stomach. Never again I swear. Got served a free larger and then paid 15.00 for meal after a big discount. Used to love it in there but never again. I have suffered all last night and today. Easter Sunday. My poor son has had to look after me while my husband is at work. Not bloody good ���

My prawns were still frozen. It was terrible. Toilets were absolutely filthy. I won't ever go again. A J. Was really trying his best. But very vey bad food
