Went there with family Saturday evening. Was served by Paul. He was entertaining and efficient and helped to make the evening enjoyable. Enjoyed the food very much. The only complaint if I have to make one is that the air conditioning seemed to be broken and it was very hot making it uncomfortable where we were sitting.

Thanks to the chef on Monday night for making me a special chicken feel good bowl, it was delicious. Helpful staff knowing about alergens. Friendly atmosphere and clean tables. Lots of salad at the bar, good meal.

Lots of bread rolls and choice of salad bar. Had a really nice vegan meal, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately however the cleanliness of the salad bar it wasn't kept clean but the salad was always being topped up and always plenty of salad. But apart from that I will definitely be eating here again. All staff here are friendly I will be returning to your harvester as its nice

Lovely food and lovely staff. The manager was excellent made us very welcome and found us seatting for 10 people plus a highchair even tough it was quite busy. ���

Birthday meal for 12 people. All food ordered easily within set families to make paying easier. Food then came out to set families and very quickly too. All food was lovely and hot! Staff friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Came here for other halfs birthday meal had about 15 people with us and they took care of our group perfectly. Food was lovely and service was great literally can't ask any better �

Salad bar plates were all dirty think they need a new dish washer and it was all very grubby looking it badly needs a referb , would not eat there again , on a positive note the staff were friendly

Awful salad bar was empty and no bread rolls at all. Steak asked medium to well done rare in the middle. Waitress Jade was very good but better restaurants in whiteley pre cinema meal 🥘

Shocking treatment, denied a table despite there being loads free and about to be taken to a free table, only for duty manager to rush over and say 'no no there's at least an hour wait!' whilst looking at our pushchair. So I complain only to be fobbed off and told I was mistaken and she'd actually told me there were no highchairs available for at least an hour... Load of rubbish!! Had she said that I could've told her we didn't require one as we have a gadget called a 'Sack n seat portable highchair' which we can clip onto a normal chair. But she wouldn't know that as she lied and didn't say that to us!! #discrimination

Took family over for valentines treat wife and 3 kids was a joke food was terrible, didn’t have re-fill drinks no draft beers , salad bar look empty and as if it had been sat there for a month . No cutlery on table , I had a mixed grill which was over cooked the steak was fatty and couldn’t eat it !!!! Cost £60 for a pile of rubbish

I feel like I need to leave a review on this occasion because I was really disappointed with my dinner this evening and the attitude of (some - not all) the staff.



When we arrived and were seated it was apparent that our table had not been thoroughly cleaned as under the table there was all sorts of remaining squashed pieces of chips peas and food from the previous customers. Our waitress was polite and professional and took our orders, all fine.

The salad bar was sparse but I won’t make too much of fuss in this respect as I ordered steak and wasnt planning to fill up too much. There were many bowls not completely acceptable to use as they looked a little dirty still. Again, we went without a fuss and just got one we found to be useable.



My friend ordered a mix grill and myself a rump steak, rare. When our meals came I was really disappointed in the appearance of our plates, the mushrooms where really over done, as where some of the onion rings and my steak came medium.

Our waitress i think did notice my disappointment and catered to us straight away. She listened and apologised and offered to see my dinner recooked straight away. I was really thankful of her quick response and efficiency and looked forward to my fresh plate.



The next plate arrived and looked much more appetising but to my disappointment the steak, again was medium. I alerted a member of staff again and she got the manager. The manager was apologetic but by this time my friend had finished her dinner and I was starving! I was not in a position where i wanted to await a 3rd steak so I ate my dinner and the manager apologised again and offered to remove the dish off our bill and in addition take off a further 20% as this was the second incorrect order.



During the time between the manager dealing with us and the bill arriving management had changed over. The bill came but the 20% off had been left out. We queried this and a different manager came to deal with us. From here he told us, the previous manager never would have offered this as its not something they do, especially as they replaced my dinner. My argument was that - yes but the 2nd plate was also wrong which is why we were still disappointed! He tried to offer my desert as free instead and went away to adjust the bill. When he returned he had in fact took off a further 20% (we are guessing as he was gone such a long time that this is because he realised it was worth less to themselves to take off 20% despite arguing they don’t do that)



All in all, i was quite frustrated with the way our evening turned out. I’d have happily paid full price for a meal that i enjoyed over eating something im not happy with for the sake of it, just because we weren’t charged for it! Sometimes its not about cost but experience and after the way the last manager dealt with us and the disappointment in food I won’t be coming back here again.



I noticed on the way out that you are recruiting for chefs. I’d have much more respected you saying this and apologising SINCERELY then discounting my dinner instead through gritted teeth like it seemed you had to!



This sadly is not the first time i’ve had to complain about the quality of food here but i was determined not to let one experience stop me from eating here again. But i really was disappointed with what should have been a nice dinner and catch up with a friend which ended up with us eating separately and still not enjoying my food.

Had to wait a while to be seated. Even though two staff members were actuallly looking right at us. Wasn’t very busy. While we were seated two other couples came in, waited and then walked off. Food was nice but wouldn’t make me rush back
