We booked table in advance, were seated early, Sam our waitress was very helpful and efficient, got each meal requested spot on, the steaks were superb and the puddings were divine, fantastic birthday meal, 3hrs free parking, would definitely recommend

Was served at lunch time today, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We were served by Sarah and Victoria. Both asked as they went past was everything ok with the food, did we need anything else, they did not hover or become a nuisance. Really enjoyed our meal, will be going back there again. Thank you.

The food was good and served just how we ordered. The service was excellent, our waitress was Laura Finn and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Laura, I'll definitely use this branch again when I'm next up that way.

Popped in for breakfast today , was served by Laura very polite and food arrived hot and within 10 min

Myself, sister and niece had lunch here today, Saturday 31st March. Our waitress was Anita who’s service was 100% brilliant very attentive even with a lot of people to wait on. Thank you Anita

It is really great service I Love the salad bar I come to harvester three times a week.The service is great always with a smile and good customer service our waitress tonight Jenny was excellent. And Jenny remembers me comeing in on my birthday and all the chefs are excellent cooks the food is excellent and I the restaurant is really clean and tidy I recommend to people to come and have a lovely food and drinks and all the staff is really lovely excellent staff like Jenny and the tables are always clean and the chairs really clean and all of the floors are really clean and the toilets are really clean and tidy and they smell really nice if you need any help the staff will come over to see how you are getting on people should come to the this restaurant it is really good excellent

Exellent food ,great service .quick and efficient . salad bar being refreshed regularly although the � rolls are still hit n miss on freshness .in all a great and enjoyable evening very family friendly

We used to go here all the time but it went downhill so ended up going to the one in Sidcup. Now Sidcup having a re furb, we thought we’d come back to the falcon and we were so pleased with the food and service from Anita. We wasn’t rushed and Anita was very helpful and always on hand if we needed something.

We had a lovely waiter called Stephen who was rushed off his feet but made us feel very welcome the food was great and come fast

Had nice meal with daughter and boy friend service was good, waitress explained the menu where the self service drinks were, checked that everything was ok then left us to enjoy our food, only thing that I would say is that it was cold my hands were freezing, but (I think) it was the manager that noticed it was cold as well and checked the thermostat, and turned it up, but didn't warm up quickly enough to make it nice, so that did spoil it a bit,

Food lovely waitress lovely service quick. Being a Yorkshireman right the prices a little steep but would rather pay for good food than have cheap food served badly. Overall a good experience

The waitresses and staff at this harvester are lovely... these include Laura, Jackie & Stacey (please put all these lovely people in the draw). Our visit on 26/06/18 was a little disappointing after a wait for our food we were told that the jacket potatoes were going to take too long... we heard about another half an hour this was not great as both on of us on diets and would have gone somewhere else if had known xx

Prices have massively gone up. Almost ten pound for 2 starter's that were in tiny bowls. Service was good but we're always rushed, barely touched our starter before the main meal came out.

Went in for a late lunch today after my sister's graduation. All ordered rump steak meal food was terrible, 2 steaks were cold and mostly fat and gristle now 3/4 of us who dined now have diarrhoea. Absolutely disgraceful!

Food always good and it’s a nice pub, but felt rushed by waitresses and so service was disappointing. Also nearly £5 change from the bill which was not returned to table by waitress, she must have assumed that was the tip! Lol! It was not meant to be! By principle, this should not have assumed though because so little amount, we were not willing to make a fuss so left.

Booked table which got on time crammed us into a booth, order meals but mine was not available due to they run out of steak, ordered chicken but it was dry and tasteless the corn on cob over done and mushy. Not a good experience at falconwood harvester put me off ever going there again

Went on a Sunday with family. Chicken was dry and overcooked, and gravy had a weird sweet flavour. Service was so slow. Took 2 1/2 hours to get through a two course meal. Waitress wasn't particularly polite, just serviceable.

Salad tasted out of date! My order was messed up. When I asked for a refund for my £3.99 salad the sour faced general manager Teresa said I could have a full refund as long as I leave the building after. She then walked away from the till point and asked her assistant manager to finish the transaction who ended it pleasantly. Totally outrageous customer services. Will not be going back!
