I was in here on my daughters 1st birthday December 26 Boxing Day 2017 & it was okay it was not perfect I will come back again but I was little bit disappointing there was no turkey left & there was also not much desert left either I had a roast chicken dinner but the chicken was not good at all there was only a little bit on there the wife had the same chicken was a lot better than mine it is a good place to come with children very relaxed.

Hopefully come back again in the New Year sometime

Few times been there . Always a good place for the kids would like maybe in the summer some activity place outside in the beer garden

We stopped there on the way to Wimbledon for a quick bite to eat .we were seated straight away and our order was taken in a reasonable time too. The food was very good as was the service. We will go back again when we are in this area.

We didn't book a table went in to ask and they were very polite and found us a table, lovely meal but had to wait a while for our drinks, we had to wait over half hour for our puddings and had to ask some one in the end, nice polite staff but not enough on for a Sunday lunch time,

Had what I consider as a slimming world friendly meal of grilled salmon, steamed vegetables and a jacket potato with no butter, but someone advised they cook their jackets with oil? So not as low syn as I thought. Please can you try cooking these without oil as it isn't necessary. Connor is a great waiter and an asset to the place, made our evening very enjoyable, despite having to deal with a very rude table of people quite close to us, totally ignoring him 3 times, he still kept a very cheery disposition for other customers. He's a credit to you. And they even had got the port in for my dear friend as requested on a previous visit. Well done John and the team

Good food good service would like to see more fish dishes lamb and pork dishes on the menu l know the costs would increase but i would like to see more dishes with the mentioned meats or fish as i find the menu limited as i do not eat chicken or beef. But this harvester is one i like.

We visited Harvester for a date lunch. Our waiter was a very nice guy! The salad bar was lovely as usual and the barley salad was super delicious! I had chicken wings which were bang on, but my husband was disappointed with his steak. It was really dry and hard, i have to agree.

User

Not enough staff on and food was a bit tasteless. Normally like it here, but they were surprised on a hot sat evening lots of people wanted to eat outside... and didn't cope.

I love Harvester and often go to one in Edgeware. The food here was fine however not to the standard I usually get in the other branch. The flavoured Pepsi from the machine was tasteless and the Rocky Horror dessert had very little brownie in it. The service was good.

Went to this Harvester on the 26th December 2017 to celebrate my Granddaughters first birthday and her first Christmas, table was all ready for us when we arrived, food was served OK evening went well.

We had the all inclusive breakfast but halfway through our cereal the cooked breakfast was served so we had to rush to eat it . Went back at 4pm for a meal and my husband asked for a well done beefburger. When it arrived it was cold in the middle and not cooked properly. The lady at the next table was complaining about hers not being cooked either so we told the waiter who showed the chef who agreed it wasn,t cooked properly and we were refunded the cost of his meal. My husband then ordered sticky toffee pudding and halfway through eating it found a 2 inch long slither of plastic, obviously part of the packaging, but would have been very dangerous if swallowed. The waiter was very apologetic but come on harvester get your act together. You can do better than this. Definitely not good enough

Usually go to harvester at galeria, which is great. However as me and my children were local we choose to go here instead.

Slade bar was nearly empty, and what was left didn't look very appetising.

Waiter was clueless about the children's build your own burger and took 10 mins just to order that.

Refill drinks were good though.

Shame to say won't be going here again. Galeria harvester it is

The service was very slow Waited 40 minutes for the main meal then it was cold not sure how long it had been standing in the kitchen for before I complained about the long wait

User

Some of the staff had attitude so much so we left and went to the Jolly Badger at the top of Hale Lane in Edgware much better service and a better salad bar !

On arriving the front of house staff very polite and pleasant. We were seated near the main window which was filthy which didn’t seemed to have been cleaned for months. Where we were seated on a torn and worn out bench seat. The waiter then arrived within minutes (very polite) we ordered our food Burga which was very good. 2nd two well done Rump steaks which was well done on the outside and red in the middle, 3rd order was a chicken with fries which you can count one on hand sweet corn and Iceland prawns which was cold in the center the cost of my chicken meal was around £14 ( you’d get a bigger portion from the kfc or any chicken shops on the high street) as for the salad bar? That was a complete joke when I complained to the waiter he seemed very embarrassed with my complaint and said he would see what he could do. When I asked for the bill he had deducted 20% which was good but not good enough the food was of very poor presentation Will not be visiting that branch of harvester again and would strongly advised going there.

I had some salad before my main meal me and my daughter both eat the salad was ok then we had our main meal but later that evening we was both sick not sure if it was from

The food but we was totally fine before eating there so I'm guessing it was something we both had that didn't agree with us I always eat at the harvester but I wont be going back in a hurry very disappointed

I found the condiments to be dirty and the menu was dirty with old food. The woodwork where we were sat was dirty with food.

I came here today with my husband and children as I do every NYE but today was extremely disappointed. Firstly I ordered my starter to be informed they don’t have it as they are re-branding and will be closed so are running things down. Had I of known this I would of picked a different branch. I ordered the kids sausage and Yorkshire pudding boats to be informed that there was no Yorkshire puddings! So my children chose something else. One of the kids meals came with vegetable sticks (cucumbers/carrots/peppers) but there was only cucumbers and peppers. My ribs was meant to come with slaw, no slaw came instead was a salad leaf! Desserts, they sold out of the kids cookie make your own dessert so got the make your own sundae but no mini marshmallows. The millionaires sundae didn’t have any munchies, fudge bits and the ice cream was mush as the glass must have come straight from the dishwasher and was hot. Really disappointing! It may not sound like much but when you look forward to family meal out and the experience is not as it should be and you have to “make do” it’s really not acceptable. Salad bar was also Limited. Cannot fault the staff but food and lack of choice really is not on. I would have gone elsewhere had I of known the menu was so limited. We looked at the menu before booking and before arriving so my children knew what they wanted and were excited for it. All their choices were not available! Not happy at all.

User

Very poor service, 50 minutes wait for a main course, because the order was forgotten.

No attempt of any kind of apology!

Won't be going there again and will not recommend it to anyone!
