Harvester Southbury Road

Popped in last night after a sad day. Instantly made welcome by Amy with a cheery smile and great positive energy. She made the difference last night. Thank you Amy you are an asset to Harvester.

Not the busiest of days, but still good effort for the only two guys I saw working the tables.

The food came out quick, cooked properly and tasted delicious. I can never fault this place, they always seem to have minimal staff working but the food and service is always good!

Had a lovely meal today with my dearest friends, fantastic atmosphere,beautiful place, amazing food and the staff was ever so polite and efficient. Will come back for sure! �

Today we decided to go out for lunch to the Harvester at Southbury road. After standing waiting forever to be acknowledged by any member of staff, I was told that a table wouldn't be ready for half an hour. Looking around me were plenty of empty tables (probably more empty than being used). The man then told me that 2 staff had not come in and he was short staffed. Was this my fault???? I am sorry but the sprucing up that has been done in this restaurant, does not outweigh the tardiness of the management.

Worst food ever. Microwaved and raw. Will eat elsewhere in the future.

Went here for food very poor salad bar shocking !! Toilets were disgusting! Food was cold, dry tasteless! Service poor. Waste of time & money !!

Waited over an hour for stone cold food

Very poor services the staff is never come our table . I had a very bad time at all . Food was ok . But this is not enough.!! Ingore this restaurant . I wll never go .

Very bad service. Told me they didn't have a spoon when I asked for an extra one to share a dessert with my daughter and there was only a few customers in the restaurant. Don't know what they would have done if someone else ordered dessert at the same time!

Salad bar is always very poor. No one bothers to look your way, even when they see you are trying to get their attention. I've given them too many chances and gone back to try again, but I will never step foot in there again. Don't get any enjoyment out of it what so ever!!!

Tried Harvester Southbury Road again.....what a waste of time the attitude of the man who seated us was appalling no good evening just yeah he then threw the menus on the table no offer of drinks do we left we are now in Pizza Hut next door where we was greeted with a smile and a good evening what a difference. AVOID SOUTHBURY ROAD HARVESTER

The worst service possible the kitchen there was a rave going on I felt like I was on a night out! No cutlery to eat our ice cream with I don't eat it with my hands! And had to go find someone to pay the bill whilst the manager was at the bar drinking beer with his mates! Oh and my cousin got a broken tooth from the profiteroles....will be sending you the bill for the dentist! Many thanks

Some lovely staff here but food was rubbish and I gave it back! Bread rolls were either burnt or not cooked there was no in between will never visit this branch again and I love harvester but this was a pure let down and I had to have KFC instead

Service was good. Food and cleanliness was disgusting. I know I'm in the catering business but was truly disappointed at how shabby and how bad the food was. Worse than Pizza Hut

Rubbish service barely passable food definitely won't go back

Rubbish service , food awful , chingford one all the way !!!

Really poor service! So unprofessional and slow! Havnt heard of anyone having good service at this branch

Not even worth one star!! Cold food! Flavourless!! But the waitress was such a pleasure :)
