The Feast Committee now invites applications for funding. We aim to carry over sufficient funds to support next year’s event but, with the surplus we will consider at our September meeting making donations to Harwell organisations, clubs, and others whose activities substantially benefit the residents of Harwell. Note that if funds are oversubscribed the Committee may look more favourably on those who supported the event organisation.
If you wish to be considered, please writ...e a note explaining your request with detailed costings including other support and existing resources etc. to enable the Committee to make an informed decision. The closing date for applications is Friday 31 August. Applications should preferably be sent by email to info@harwellfeast.com or by post to Harwell Feast Committee, c/o 2 Charterville Close, Minster Lovell, Witney, Oxon OX29 0SL.

If you are driving to the feast please remember that the road will be closed 10.50 for one hour for the parade which leaves Townsend and travels down the High Street to the rec on Wantage Road.
We would advise that you use the new link road to avoid the village.
You will need enter our car park on Reading Road by turning left into it, to ease traffic congestion on the main road. Please use the roundabout at Rowstock to turn around and return to the car park entrance. The car... park marshals will also be guiding you.
