Just to say that David and Alan of the service team have been very helpful when we have had a problem with our cars (not forgetting Malcolm) we have been with Harwoods since they took over from Webbers of Basingstoke on the whole it has been a good experiance. The new building is fantastic especial the new parking spaces which you can now park a Defender with ease.

I would also like to take this opportunity to mention Lucy the Courtesy car driver, who is very helpful and careful driver.

I have recently dealt with Harwoods Basingstoke for the very first time and can honestly say that I received a truly exceptional service. I have been loyal to BMW for the past 15 years or so and never considered anything else, however after an impromptu visit to Harwoods Basingstoke I test drove a Jaguar XE R Sport and can say without doubt I was instantly impressed. The sales executive Terry Colwell was an pleasure to deal with and was truly professional. He made me feel very comfortable and wasn’t in any way pushy towards me making a decision that I wasn’t completely comfortable with. His knowledge of the brand, the vehicle and all the extra services available was truly impressive. So much so I am now a Jaguar owner! Something I never thought would happen, and I am absolutely delighted with the purchase. Terry you are a credit to Harwoods Basingstoke, I can not thank you enough for such a wonderful service. I would also make a point of mentioning some of Terry's colleagues, Simon, Kevin and Gary, who were all equally as professional and also made the overall experience enjoyable. Harwoods Jaguar Land Rover Basingstoke is a shining example of customer service at its very best. We bought our Range Rover from Harwoods and wouldn't dream of taking it anywhere else for service and repairs. The repair team is talented and trustworthy, always willing to explain repairs and pricing. The booking team is flexible and does their best to work around your schedule. The main reason we have been Harwoods customers for ten years now, though, is Service Manager Malcolm Gladwin. The world would be a much easier place to get on in if every company had someone as polite, helpful, and on top of things as Malcolm. We would give more stars than five if we could.

Fantastic service. Just bought my first Jaguar from here the XF R Sport and love it! Traveled from Sheffield to get it and was so pleased with the service, Simon Blundell arranged everything to be done ready for me picking it up and sent a very useful video over with a full tour of the car to show me everything before I traveled down. When I arrived everything was ready as promised and was a very easy process. Even got a phone call the next day to ensure everything was ok. I would happily travel down to you again for my next car, even though it took me over 3 hours! Well worth it for the service I have been given. Thank you so much everyone! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Great staff. Who wouldn't want to go somewhere where you are treated like royalty regardless of what you're looking for. I only went in for a new book pack for my evoque but wasn't treated any different than if I was purchasing a new car.

David Winslade always goes the extra mile.

I’ve taken my Range Rover there for the last three years for servicing.

Had a problem with the letters on the Car (they began to tarnish) David had the problem fixed immediately at no charge to me.

If I ever need advice, David is always there at the end of the phone.

Terrible service.... was told items would be done and they wasn't. Rude staff... really disappointed in the service I have had from Harwoods Basingstoke. It takes alot for me to complain and I have even had to esculate my issue to JLR customer relations.



ALSO called this morning to inform them that my car is saying the oil is over filled (serviced by them Just over a week ago) was told someone would call back shortly and that was 2 hours ago ��

Just dreadful customer services. I wish there was a zero rating.

I have just about lost all faith in Landrover as a brand. Moved over to Harwoods because of frankly appalling servcie from the Westover Groups Salisbury branch. Over the last year I have had a range of breakdown warrenty issues handled by Harewoods and not a single one has been handled smoothly.



They have my car now (Friday 14th Jul 2017) and have had it since Sunday. I made it very clear to them at the beginning of the week that I need that car back for this weekend as I required the towbar and roofbars I have fitted. I get a phone call today telling me that not all of the parts to fix my car have turned up and so will not be ready today. I have a weekend away which has been planned for sometime which has now gone out the window!! I have had issues with them not returning calls this week!



I've had issues with Thirfty car hire via Landorver warranty this week! I'm still trying to sort out an issue from a hire car back at Easter with NO joy which they are trying to charge me for!!!



The part on the car which has failed again, was only replaced last year, it is a none sevicable component in the gearbox, so why is it failing! I had to talk directly to the lady technician 2 days ago about the issue, not her fault, but wasn't getting any answers from elsewhere! They take ages to answer the phone, and often it rigns off before someone does answer.



I am currently awaiting a call back this afternoon from the Head of Business at the dealer, lets see if that happens!! Otherwise it's back to Landrovers Executive Office again! Even Landrovers own Customer Servcie team are pretty useless.
