Went to Hatch End Eye care for my yearly glaucoma test and all clear I'm pleased to say. Very friendly practice and professional service. Parant explains exactly what each test is for which is very informative, the whole experience is a laid back and stress free process. See you next year.

Very friendly and professional service. I was fitted in at short notice and felt very reassured after my appointment. I feel my eye health is in very good hands. The experience is very different to my usual high street store, so much more personal. So pleased to have found Hatch End Eyecare.

Paz put my nervous 8 year old at complete ease before administering stinging eye drops to allow further investigation into her eyesight. Everything was explained in language she could relate to and despite leaving with blurry eyes (as advised) she told us that she really liked 'the eye doctor' and he is 'very kind and interesting'. Super service yet again.

Last week I took my son for an eye test and I must say I was very impress with the service.Parant took the time and care to make my son comfortable and interested.He explained to us the whole procedure and made the whole experience very enjoyable.He even sent images of my son's eyes for him to keep and he decided to take them to school for a "show and tell"!

Parant and the team have really created a calming ambience and he provides excellent customer service. The eye examination was extremely thorough...far more extensive than I have received at other optical branches. He was brutally honest on what suited my face when it came to picking specs...which is a positive thing. I have no hesitation in recommending Hatch End Eyecare to others.

I was so impressed with how good the optician was with the kids, it was their first eye test. My youngest has Selective Mutism and I was worried that he might not be able to do the test but the Optician put him at ease straight away and he managed to do all of it. Would definitely recommend. We were made to feel so welcome by Emma and the kids loved the Turtles!

I took my daughter today. The place looks like a 5 star hotel. Very clean and orginised. My daughter was examined as if she was in a private hospital, everything was explained clearly so I and My daughter could understand. Very polite and hepful staff. Thank you Hatch End Eyecare.
