I met Terry over 15 years ago when looking to purchase an engagement ring designed by my now wife.
I travelled to Amsterdam and London to purchase the diamond for the engagement ring. I was not impressed by the customer service received so I decided to look locally. I visited various jewellers in my local area. When I went to Hattons, Terry showed me a variety of diamonds explaining the different shapes, colours and clarity even asking me to view diamonds through a loop explaining imperfections through to perfection.
I have been a customer of Terry’s ever since . I have and will continue to recommend Hattons to anyone that wants customer care and honesty and unique designs. I have never shopped anywhere else since.
