Rugbytots are with us every Tuesday morning, 10am -12pm! Get your little ones involved in a fun and dynamic play programme designed to build confidence and enhance core skills for boys and girls aged 2-5 🏉

The Havelock is welcoming a new group in the new year! 🤱🌼Daisy Baby classes start on Monday the 7th January, 12pm - 2pm.🌼👶
Daisy Baby Tinies classes (6 weeks - 6 months) combine baby massage with songs and rhymes and gentle post-natal movement for mum.
... Daisy Baby Wrigglers classes (5 months - crawling away) combine baby yoga with songs, rhymes and sensory activities in a fun session.
All classes are kept small so that babies aren't overwhelmed and no-one gets left out.

Love seeing all the little ninjas from the first Bravo Karate festival! They completely transformed the hall into their own dojo with a hint of Christmas :)

This Sunday we have the lovely Southsea Gong Bath! Come on down and check them out, you'll leave feeling way more calm and relaxed than when you went in - perfect preparation for a busy December! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

8 hours per week - Flexible but including some evenings.
Duties would include, patrolling and checking the security of the centre and carrying out small general repairs and maintenance.
Would need to be able to cover any Emergency Call Outs at the centre e.g. Alarms ringing - You will receive additional pay for this.

The Havelock will be hosting a table top sale to help raise money for the Light House Charity - Salvation Army! On Tuesday the 28th from 1pm - 4pm we will have books, DVD's, puzzles, jewellery, handbags, cards and Bric 'a' Brac at bargain prices! With cake and refreshments available to eat in or take away and a £1, prize every time lucky dip! Come on down and join in the fun :)

For those who are interested or curious about Mantra Meditation, Kirtan - (group chanting of sacred mantras). With discussions about the deeper aspects of life, focused around the teachings and spiritual perspective of the Vedas, Bhagavad-gita. They strive to create a comfortable and open space where people can associate and spiritually grow and evolve with like minded individuals.
