Haven Falconry Bird Of Prey Centre

Went with my other half on our way back to the ferry. arrived with an hour before closing time on a quiet Sunday so we decided to just get an entrance ticket and look round see if its worth returning to. The birds seemed happy and healthy even in captivity and responded positively to strangers taking pictures and admiring them. This place seems like it would be much more exciting in the spring or summer but having said this the staff asked myself and my partner if we wanted to see some birds fly in the arena before closing time. Two falcons flew and the trainers gave some brief info on each and really educated me and the other couple there with us. thumbs up for making an effort even for a small crowd

This place is fantastic best display we have ever been to went twice in two weeks would go every day well done

We caught the bird of prey show when we went to the steak railway. An excellent unexpected treat, team were very amusing and we enjoyed it so much we stayed for the whole show even though it meant getting a later train!

A great selection of healthy looking birds of many types. Lovely visit with very nice staff. My daughter loved this visit and I would go again.
You may want to be aware you have to pay to enter the station as the entrance is inside the station grounds.
